The worst customer service! Found a bug in my food. I took the food back and got a refund. My annoyance is in the way the matter was handled. The manager without an acknowledgement, apology, or empathy just took the receipt did the refund and had me wait. Kudos to Octavio who handled it the proper way. He listened, acknowledged and understood my frustration, and apologized for the situation. I know that nothing could be done but don’t pretend nothing happened.

i stopped by to pick up my order before work and simply asked if the sauce for my crab rangoons was in the bag. I wasn’t being rude — I just wanted to double-check because sauces are often forgotten and I didn’t want to have to come back.

One employee asked the person who packed the order, and she responded with “I don’t know, I made that like 10 orders ago,” which already felt dismissive. I said it was fine, and another employee kindly offered to grab sauce for me.

That’s when the first employee took the bag, looked inside, and said in a rude tone, “You can literally see there’s sauce in the bag.”
I wasn’t digging through the bag — I was just asking a simple question. Customer service doesn’t require a fake smile, but it does require basic respect, especially when the customer is being polite.

Shoutout to the other employee who tried to help, and gave me some sauce! but the unnecessary attitude ruined the experience. I work in food service too, so I get stress — this was just uncalled for.

Every time I go to Panda, any location, the employees are never friendly. I’m not expecting red-carpet treatment, but a little personality or basic kindness would be nice.

But what really gets me is the sauce situation. How do you give ONE sauce when someone has ordered three or four different plates of food? Now we’re all sitting around trying to decide who gets the sauce and who has to wait until “next time.” It’s ridiculous. Like I have to make it a point to ask for more sauce but if I forget, I’m human, I’ll get none. I’ve also been told you can’t give more sauces.

For the amount we pay for a meal, why in the HE double hockey sticks are we begging for sauces? Seriously why is one teriyaki sauce the standard when everyone is eating full plates of food? I mean the employees act like napkins and sauces are coming out there check.

I’m sorry, but I’m just over it. Panda needs to do better.

Not worth the stop here. They didn’t have most of the items ready. They didn’t even have fried rice ready. The service took way to long. Honest the worst panda experience ever. Won’t be coming back here until something changes.

This food is disgusting.I can’t believe I had the nerve to try it again even though I know I didn’t like it next time.I give blood it will definitely be somewhere else.
The noodles were like chewing rubber worms and no sauce to be had to put on it. The entrees were generic, same chicken different sauce, if you can find the sauce.
If you’re donating Blood Please choose somewhere else to go.

People working here are Phenomenal and super nice, at least they got that part great lmboooo

One of the great things I’ve noticed about Panda Express is the good, consistency they have in their food…. Unfortunately, this placed has challenged that reputation. Rice is bland and the food just felt off.

Walked in and food and trash on the floor in the dining room. Ordered honey sesame chicken and Beijing beef. Both where DRY and tough to chew with very little sauce. Green beans where soggy and brownish in color. The vegetables in the chow mein where also wilted and brown. I had a similar experience last time but gave another chance but the quality is not there. I will not be going back to this panda express and honestly maybe not any panda express again. Oh i forgot about the rice. I have had undercooked rice that was softer smh could not and would not eat it. Worse plate of food I’ve had in years. Hands down.

There’s always an issue with this location. I made a pick up order online and when my husband got there to pick up my order, they didn’t have the items that were listed online. That was the only thing that I wanted, and when I asked how long it would take to make white rice they said 45 minutes. I don’t know what rice takes 45 minutes to make. They just don’t ever keep anything filled. They never have great customer service. I just won’t continue to come to this location.

Would have like more options such as a chicken and vegetables dish. But food was good. But, could not find a clean table.

I don’t appreciate being made to wait for Fried Rice (the base of my meal), only for it to have ZERO flavor, not even salt or soy. If I wanted fried rice that is only white rice with veggies, I’d make it at home.
