Please make the mobile thru efficient since this store has taken away the option to park and get the food delivered to your vehicle. What’s the point of using the app if im going to sit here for 20 minutes while the regular drive through line zips by. 12+ cars passed in the regular drive thru while I sat in the mobile thru line.

I’m a third-party delivery driver and had a very uncomfortable experience with a manager here. The manager (a guy with glasses) was rude and unprofessional and treated me like I was going to steal the order. He made me take a picture to “confirm” pickup in a way that felt accusatory and unnecessary. I understand procedures, but there’s a respectful way to handle them and this wasn’t it. Delivery drivers deserve basic professionalism.

I’m really sad to say that this location of chick fill a was absolutely filthy dirty!!!!! The floor was extremely slippery because it was so greasy! There was food and drinks spilled on the floor in many places including right where you stand to place your order! And almost am the tables were dirty! Then my husband went to use the rest room and said it’s disgusting and walked out saying we won’t eat here again. I did make a comment to the workers and they were sweet and said they’d start mopping right away. Said they had a very rough day. Looks like they need some help corporate! We were visiting from Farmington NM where we are use to that chick fill a, which is always pristine clean!!

It gets busy during lunch but wow they deal with it wonderful in and out I a jiffy! Everyone is so nice and the food is delicious. I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich or a healthier alternative low carbs a lettuce rap .

This Chick-fil-A location has gone extremely down hill. It is dirty the service is lacking and so is the quality of food. I have taken my kids here for years and the past two visits to the play area they have gotten extremely sick afterward. The play area is so dirty do not let your kids play here!

Pulled up to this Chick-fil-A for lunch absolutely BLASTING ‘Crying While You’re Dancing’ by Dayseeker like I was about to roll into my own music video. The dude working the drive-thru didn’t even flinch—he handed me my food, nodded like a wise music-loving sage, and said he liked the song too. The man asked me to keep it turned up!
Food was great, and apparently there’s at least one other human in Albuquerque whose music taste isn’t trapped in the typical music scene. I will 100% be returning to this establishment to nourish both my body and my Spotify ego.

My son and I got lunch there on 11/20 on paseo. We ended up getting food poisoning. I called to report it to the manager bc I figured they would want to know. He didnt seem to care at all. This is not the chick-fil-a we know and love.
