This location is normally okay and great service. My only issue was the double drive thur on March 4th around 6:30 pm. One lane letting 4 cars order before switching to the alternating lane. When folks in the outer lane are looking at you and the person behind you with a look and a nod to say this is weird you know McDonald’s has messed up already…..

This is the only McDonald’s we have ever been to where the hamburgers were hot, juicy, and tasted like we made them at home. They were so fresh, and cooked just right, not like fast food at all!
We both noticed at the first bite. The service was good, the employees pleasant, and the restaurant was clean. Kudos to McDonald’s of Four Oaks, NC!

I come here because my kids want to come here and play. The food is alright, hot, pretty quick, but the play area is never clean. I got the saniwipes off the wall and clean my own table and chairs. They did not have the toys that were displayed, so I asked if I could have the one in the case. You never know if you don’t ask, right. I was told no, understandable. The drink area was nasty, but once the staff was notified it was cleaned. Not my first choice, but I’ll come back for the kids.
Came back to add my recent visit. I had a bogo coupon and stopped through the drive thru before hitting the highway. I tried the spicy chicken, for some reason McDonald’s chicken doesn’t have the texture of cooked throughly chicken. I couldn’t eat it. Too rubbery. I also had a quarter with cheese. It was burnt on one side and had been sitting(see photos).The bun was hard and mayo was oozing out of one side. Waste of money. 1 star because at least my daughter’s happy meal was right.

We have been in the drive through for an hour as of now. This is the 2nd time at this location this has happened. The window worker who takes the money for the order is very unfriendly and last time we were here she had her microphone on and she was complaining of being at work and wanting to go home.

Easy to get to and walked in since a long drive thru line, was in and out quickly, service was friendly and fast.. I originally had stopped at the Wendy’s close by where they had the worse Customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time so was happy to not have that experience here . Definitely a easy off Interstate 95 South exit to get to and grab a fast bite..

Got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was hot and tasted really good. I usually go to the one at 1165 Western Blvd. But guess I will go to the one on Marine Blvd. from now on cause I went there tonight and the spicy chicken sandwich was burnt and hardly any spicy mayo was on it. Plus it was cold and the nuggets was cold and hard. Waited at drive thru and figured my food would be hot. Boy was I wrong.
