I get the same thing for breakfast almost 3 times a week and they NEVER make the sandwich right. It is very frustrating having to leave work to turn around to go take your food to get remade. I don’t know where the disconnect is coming from. I don’t know if it’s the cashier of the cook, but sheesh, everytime smh. And the order is not hard.

Most of the time I don’t even bother to complain but your service tonight left much to be desired.I came in at about 8pm after along day trying to find a satisfying meal only to be greeted by someone who clearly was never trained in n customer service. Being that I never had an issue with this store before I sucked it up and ordered and to my demise didn’t check my bag. Upon arriving home I realized half my order wasn’t even in the bag . To whomever was on the window tonight I hope they move you to fries or trash duty so you can gain some humility.snow for the things I did get they were cooked great so shout out to the people in the back and please encourage your girl on the window to tighten up

This location Ledo Road and North Slappey. They don’t give receipts the machine is always down, I had to keep asking for what goes with my order. Fries was cold. My salad looks thrown together.

This place has to have some of the worst customer service ever. Had to repeat my order multiple times at the drive thru only to have them still completely mess up my order and up charge for a larger drink that I never asked for.
