This was our first (and not last) visit to 2Johns Steak & Seafood in Bossier City. This was our holiday meal, so we went “all out”. Everything we ordered dine in was fabulous & is pictured. Pricey, but worth it.

We also ordered a couple of the pork entrees to go. I’m sure it is because we didn’t eat them right away, but though tasty, the pork was a bit dry.

If you are celebrating a special occasion, or price is immaterial, you must try 2Johns. The service is exceptional & it is truly a gourmet experience.

Fabulous experience here! Food was exquisite, service was top notch 5 star fine dinning. This is what one would expect of 5 star fine dining! Farrrr better than many of the caisno steakhouses in the area by miles and I mean it! 6 Stars if I could give it!

Red snapper was outstanding. Rissotto was perfectly cooked and very good! Spinach salad was fantastic! Drinks were amazing here as well! A perfect Old Fashioned!

I tried this place after my disappointment with Superior’s Steakhouse. This place had great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. It wasn’t as good as my best visit to Superior’s, but it was better than my 3rd, 4th, and 5th visit. I would suggest 2John’s for consistency.
For my first visit, I had a filet cooked medium rare, which was delicious. The artichoke dip tasted like it was made with real artichoke, which was unique. This was accompanied by a generous glass of Eberle Cab Sauv.
For my second visit, I had the Oscar style filet, which was cooked appropriately medium rare, rich in flavor and presented beautifully.

My significant other and I dined at 2Johns this past Friday for our Anniversary. The food was great but the service was amazing. Brandy and Gray offered spectacular customer service! We both ordered the 14oz ribeye. I also got the mushrooms and asparagus, while my partner got the shrimp bisque (she definitely recommends). We had the strawberry cheescake for dessert and it was one of the best cheesecakes we have ever had! The food is what was expected, which is why we came to dine here in celebration but the service really exceeded all expectations! If you have the pleasure in dining at this establishment, may I suggest to request Brandy and Gray to assist you with your dining experience.

My husband and I chose this place for date night, and it was THE BEST CHOICE we could’ve made! This was our first time eating at the restaurant, and we were highly satisfied! Food was decent. Cocktail was good. Tables who arrived after ours were getting their food before us. Waited 45 minutes to a hour for our food. Had to get waiter’s attention. Didn’t feel like we were receiving the same service as everyone else.

Surprised a coworker for her birthday today. I had heard about their Happy Hour from 4 to 7pm. Made a reservation in advance. We were immediately seated. The service was great. The drinks were strong. The food was delicious. The ambiance was pleasing. Overall 10/10 recommended.

Loved the food here. Everything I tasted here was really good. Best was the strawberry cheesecake! Liked the mushrooms and the blackened salmon. Service was very friendly and polite but was little slow but it’s understandable when it’s super busy. Would probably recommend a reservation here. The bread pudding and Blueberry cobbler were ok but definitely don’t skip the strawberry cheesecake! Also liked my hefeweissber beer! It was yummy, light and refreshing.

What was once my favorite restaurant no longer is.

Tonight was extremely disappointing. After receiving a gift card for spending over $800—on top of being a loyal customer who dines here nearly every other Friday and spends around $195 each visit—I expected a certain level of respect and consideration.

When I arrived, I was told my reserved table was no longer available and that I could instead sit at a table right by the entrance. No one called or notified me that my reservation had been changed, despite my request for a specific table. When I expressed my concerns and asked to be seated in a booth to accommodate this unexpected change, I was told that booths are for people who “frequently come.”

That comment was both dismissive and insulting, especially given how often I’ve supported this restaurant over the years. It made it very clear that my loyalty and the money I’ve spent apparently mean nothing unless you’re considered “elite.”

To be clear, our waitress was kind and professional as always this has nothing to do with her. However, the way I was treated by management was belittling and disheartening.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have repeatedly recommended this restaurant to others, even after hearing concerns about racism and questionable menu practices. I defended and supported this establishment for years. That ends now.

I will not be returning and will be taking my business to Superior instead.
