Ordered a Supa Toscana and received one containing the dregs from the bottom of the pan (probably from yesterday) heated up and served to me. When I asked if the chef has a fresh batch, the manager promptly descended on my booth letting me know that what he has is “fresh.” I’ve been eating this soup for 20 and know a freshly made batch when I see one. Please stop serving warmed up dreggs. It’s beneath you.

One of the best places for Italian Food in the city, despite being a franchise. Better than big fancy Chicago Italian restaurants like Carmines and Rosebud.
This is one of the cleanest, best ambiances in a restaurant which looks like a beautiful Italian Villa on the inside.
Always an impeccable experience as far as food quality goes. Some of the servers forget little things but it never is a big deal to where it ruins the experience.
Perfect for small parties or big parties/family events.

Great service and meals, got the never ending soup salad breadsticks and the soup was filled with vegetables, the bread sticks were soft and fresh and the salad was arranged neatly. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was how close the next seat was to me it was just separated by a sort of thin half wall, I wish it was higher or had some sort of covering or plants blocking it. The server was absolutely nice and quick with things and I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a olive Garden.

I just stopped in to get a salad. They have a house salad. Iceburg lettuce, pepperchini pepper, bread sticks, and croutons served the Italian salad dressing. It was very good. No complaints from me. One more thing: the portion size was just right. I had enough and took the remainder home.

We visit Olive Garden all the time but today it was a less than perfect experience on my birthday:
Food: I ordered the 14.99 never ending pasta bowl for 14.99 thinking it was going to come with meatballs discovered the meatballs were extra.
It’s not never ending until you eat all of the sugary pasta. I was given a bowl of meat sauce as a refill instead.
Service was okay. The server Roeup R. Aka “smiley face” and deceitful by charging us twice for food pretending it was a mistake. When you do things like this it puts a bad taste in customer’s mouths.
Atmosphere: okay atmosphere, you can barely read the menu because the lights are so low and the bussers are noisy.

Went there for a birthday dinner. Was surprised that between 5:30PM and 6:00PM they were already getting busy, families were coming in and saw some waiting to be seated. We made a reservation and I am glad I did. Pleasant ambiance, good food, and decent menu selection. The complimentary birthday cake was superb.. Chocolate Brownie Lasagna. A huge thanks to our server, Mary. Will definitely go back preferable during lunch time. Their lunch menu is reasonably priced. Dinner entree come with the soup or salad, and Breadsticks.

My best friend and I went to this restaurant recently and really enjoyed the food. Our server Julia was incredibly attentive and on point with her service. She kept our drinks refilled without us even having to ask, which was so appreciated. The meal was delicious and the service from Julia made the whole experience that much better. We’ll definitely be back!

I came in with my sister-in-law and brother, who is diabetic, and approached Julia, one of the servers—a skinny blonde.
I politely asked if she could start with my brother due to his condition, whenever she had a moment. However, when she came to our table to take the order, her attitude was really unpleasant. I suggested that if she didn’t want to serve us, she could call someone else to avoid a bad day for all of us. We ordered food and drinks, but she only brought the mineral water instead of the regular. When we asked for the regular water, she took the glasses away angrily and left.
Larry, the restaurant manager, ( with experience of 21 years ) approached our table in an even ruder manner, claiming Julia was upset because we asked her to come to us and that we haven’t placed our order with her, He said he wouldn’t tolerate that. I tried to explain that I approached her while she was in the hallway and I am sure cameras can show that if necessary , but he raised his voice and wouldn’t let me speak.
Also he claimed that we haven’t order our food and were expecting to eat ? Then I clearly said we placed our order with Julia S, she even brought our water to the table.
I will never return to this place, and I genuinely hope these individuals find jobs they love, where customers aren’t subjected to a negative experience just because they’re having a bad day or because are short staffed. They ruined my day and made me not eat.
Additionally we were not served by the unpleasant attitude lady. We were served by Larry and look on our receipt. Says Julia S was our server. ( the one we have placed order initially and lied that we haven’t placed the order)
I recommend 0 Starts for everything in this place. !!! Staff, Atmosphere , and makes you not wanna eat !!

Staff is very attentive. Prices are a little on the high side for what you get. Cocktails are very sweet. I go here when there’s a special and no wait. Rocko is a great server. Most of the staff is accommodating. This chain location seems well-run.
