First time at this location. Waited in line for awhile but no worries, it was worth it. Got a regular chicken sandwich and waffle fries. When I went up to the register to pay, the cashier gave me a free frosted lemonade. Very kind of her and it was delicious.

On my first trip to this place, I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff was. They always had a smile on their face and were super quick to get my order ready. I was even surprised when they finished before I could sit down! It was really impressive how fast they worked, and the food was fresh and tasty. Will be back again soon, thank you guys so much. Chick fil-a is head and shoulders above any other fastfood restaurants and it’s not even close. I’m not sure about the other franchises but this one in Audubon is amazing.

I can’t help loving this place! The chicken is always delicious, love the tortilla soup, and they hands down have the nicest kids working there!!! Everyone is always so pleasant, helpful and mannerly! You truly can’t go wrong.

I was stuck in the drive thru for 1 hour last night , the poor kids working there telling people the system was down, but not telling people to leave stuck between cars. The manager sent the workers home, but left us all trapped in line food was not able to be ordered , a manager should have came out to tell everyone to leave and if you had a mobile order pull around into parking lot .
I called the manager she put me on hold, never got back on but had no clue how to handle this situation. We finally drove over the curb to get out , because we had an emergency

Service and food at the location is always top notch. Use the app for a much better experience if you want to save a little time. Lines move fast but seem much longer always at the location because it’s one lane.

I ordered via their app and opted for delivery which automatically routes the user to DoorDash – a service Chuck Fil A contracted, not me. When my order is delivered, sealed, we noticed my daughter’s kids meal nuggets and toy were missing. I called the location for a refund for this items, at which time the manager Mark informed me this is a door dash issue as door dash picked up the order. He would not hear that the order was sealed upon delivery, that chick fil a fulfilled the order, nor that I did not opt for door dash to deliver the items – chick fil a did.

As a transsexual I am aware of the controversies with this place but all I can say is the times I have been there they have been nothing but polite to me. I was not treated any different and that’s all any of us can ask
