I Doordashed 2 double cheeseburgers, a spicy Mcrispy, 2 medium fries and a 20 piece nuggets. I did not receive the 20 nuggets and I was honestly upset. I called them 7 times and they never answered. I just wanted my full order, not waste my money!!! I understand fast food joints can be stressful and always in a hurry but please double check orders. It’s a constant problem with not receiving our full order. We pay, you deliver!

Great experience, server was excellent. My grandson had made the order using the app and had forgotten to include my milkshake. Our server was very sweet when she brought our order to our table, and she brought my delicious milkshake right away.

Food is fine when you receive your order. This McDonald’s CONSISTENTLY fails to include all items when you order ahead and they’ll park you for an extended time if you go through the drive thru and then still not include everything ordered. Would not recommend going to this one.

i went to McDonald today around 9:25 ish. I pulled up and there was no one in line, it wasn’t even busy inside or outside. After placing my order i pull up to the first window and wait for about 3 mins. No one’s comes so i pull up to the 2nd window and the moment i get there the manager i think (wearing a dark blue shirt) he starts yelling saying “nah you gotta go around” “you needa go around” “nah go around” a good 5xs. i told him in a calm voice that “oh im sorry, i pulled up because i didn’t see anyone and i was waiting but again my bad, but you didnt have to get loud and rude” and he slams the window. i didn’t say anything because i was in disbelief of how disrespectful that was and that could’ve been avoided with talking to me with respect like your suppose to talk to every customer at a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. i drove around like he told me. and while waiting at the 2nd window again, 2 girls comes to the window but with their back turned and just laughing and then left. and still 2 more minutes go by and i’m still waiting to pay. while debating if i want to drive off or patiently wait for someone to come to me i look straight and see the same manager guy looking out the window to see if i was there and i thought he was coming to me, but again left and over 10 mins later i wasn’t taken care of. i was yelled at, i was ignored, and over all disrespected. By the workers you have working your store. overall horrible and this is my 2nd horrible experience. 2nd and last time coming to this mcdonald’s. ME MYSELF IS A MANAGER FOR customer service so I know what is tolerated
and what is unacceptable. and this is unacceptable.

been waiting for food for 5 minutes and they is 4 cars ahead of us in the “waiting area” and not one car has been served. The only activity we’ve seen was a mass last carrying a sandwich BACK IN that was made wrong. Signs say “locally owned”, but the owners are definitely doing a poor job. in the time it’s taken me to write this, STILL not I’ve car has been served. Worst wait I’ve ever had. Went tonight after working 10hrs and driving 2hrs home. The staff member asked me 7 times what I wanted, I said number 7, cheese, lettuce and pickles only. He changed my order about 20 times finally called someone else over who got it right instantly. Checked my food it was missing the sauce. Asked for the missing sauce he responded, do you want the sauce? Top that off with the burgers still being made wrong. Worst experience at a fast food ever. I will never return.

This McDonald’s not bad at all, but their service has gotten worse. Food is always cold. They always losing my order when I do curbside pick up. I got told that I was a liar earlier that I never placed an order when I had three receipts stating I had an order from that McDonald’s they’re always losing my order and every time I do curbside pick up I had to leave my car go inside the building because I waited about 30 to 40 minutes every time and then every time they’re losing my order. Like do better learn better read better. I have a feeling that you gave my order out to someone else and didn’t realize it and the manager thinks it was a joke. She’s the one that basically told me that I was a liar. She didn’t have to tell me I could tell about her body language that she wants to tell me I’m a liar when I have all receipts to prove that I placed an order with a date stamp and time. I put a curbside order they always losing my order and I have to go in the building

Horrible service from manager enaida or heraida and employees l. They send me to spot # 2 for more than 15 minutes give me my 2 cokes ant told me they already give me my food. I told them no I’m still waiting for my food they didn’t want to verify and then I give them my receipt.I ask for the manager name but no one new her name please, I work in customer service too. Show your managers respect and also how to train your employees. And also how the talk to each other about was going on and about their customers.

Stopped on way to a 4 day vacation for a kids meal, 2 burgers a fry and snack wrap. My wrap was inedible. Full of grissle and fries were cold. We spent 10 to 15 minutes waiting already so going back wasnt an option.
