This was a very nice McDonald’s. Much nicer than most. It had a huge playground area for kids and a ton of outdoor seating. It would be nice for a kids birthday party. I would think. It was laid out. Very nice and had a great ambience! I never thought I’d put ambience in McDonald’s in the same sentence! Lol The place was very clean and the service was great. It is at a great location. Very easy to get to from the main highways.

I wish I could give this negative stars. I was literally left in the drive-through waiting area. I had a mobile order in at 12:19. The lady never came out till 12:55. After the guy that came out told me twice that he would be back with mine. I had a mobile order in so I should’ve had mine quicker than anyone. I patiently waited at the first 20 minutes nothing so I got out and went and stood in line inside, then found a lady through the fence told her I was still waiting. She took a picture of my order and I didn’t see her for another 15 minutes then the lady comes out a different lady comes out with my order. Proceeds to blame me for driving around the building to try to get a better position so they’d see me. She completely disregarded the first 25 minutes that I sat there in the same spot, and the guy knew I was there nobody ever came ever I spent $15 on the mobile app. I got Old food, cold food and they didn’t even put the barbecue cups in the bag, I will never come here again. The lady had the audacity to blame me and completely disregard the first 25 minutes. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service. I will never come here again. I don’t recommend you coming here either that was absolutely rude. I wanted to go inside and make a scene but what good would it do? These people are awful. Terrible customer service.

I am SO pissed!!
Even confirmed with the staff that butter isn’t used on the big Mac because I am dairy free for my baby’s allergy to milk.
Even checked this before eating but it was so covered in the extra sauce couldn’t see it.

Bathroom urinals for males had ice in them???
I’m not sure if thats the most healthy thing for bringing the ice buckets in the bathroom, and dumping ice in the urinals ..
However!!!!
It was probably the coolest thing I’ve ever experienced at a restroom, ever.

I like Mcd’s, always have always will, but this location is THE WORST I’ve gone to. Hilliard Rome & Renner. First of all you need to speak Spanish, and there’s nothing wrong with that unless you need to converse with someone about your order. Second the lady that took my order had a huge attitude and needs to go back to basic training in customer service. Third, this place was nasty filthy. Food and liquids all over the tables and floor along with receipts that employees just walk by and never picked up. Forth, the Big Mac I ordered was a sloppy mess and the bun was burnt badly top and bottom and the Med fry was only half full and they weren’t even warm. Worst lunch I’ve ever been served in a restaurant, fast food or otherwise. And they weren’t even that busy.

The employee at this McDonald’s was very unprofessional and seemed like they didn’t care about the customers. It left a really unpleasant impression. They could at least try to smile — it would make a big difference. Also we ordered 4 items that were supposed to come with Monopoly Game stickers, but 2 of them didn’t have any. When we told the employee about it, they said they couldn’t help and that it wasn’t their problem, even though we showed all the proof.

I went through the drive through after attending a concert in Columbus. We pulled up to the window to get our food and the gentleman working seemed to be more worried about jamming to his music and singing than packing orders correctly, my order was incomplete and I had to go back through the drive through line to receive the rest of my order.

My wife order a coffee and Qtr Lb and it took McD over 30 mins to bring it to her. If it’s that confusing, maybe don’t offer curb side pick up. Shame on Jim Holowicki & fam. Won’t order from this franchise again

We were traveling through Columbus, Ohio today and decided to stop at this McDonald’s to grab lunch before we continued on our five hour drive to Maryland. Walking into McDonald’s there wasn’t really anybody in there at all so they were able to help us right away. They opened up extra registers just to get my group of 18 through as quick as possible. One of the new employees was asking questions about our group and where we were from he was intrigued that we were from Illinois. He was very enthusiastic and so were the other employees. They got us in and out of that restaurant within 10 minutes and it was quite impressive. As we were getting ready to leave I decided to go back up and grab an ice coffee for the road. A that time I saw everyone cheering in the background about how happy they were that they got the Illinois group in and out so quickly. They were proud of themselves and honestly it was really nice to see the enthusiasm and to see the manager out there cheering them on too! I mentioned to them that I was one of the top photographers on Google Maps and that I thought they did a great job and that I would love to put a picture of their group and give them a great review and they were all very excited to pose for the picture! My husband is in management and at his job and he also noticed the enthusiasm that the employees had and honestly that’s a clear indication of how great the management is in this restaurant! It really was so nice to see everyone so happy and patting themselves on the back.
Unfortunately customer service has been slacking off a lot in service nowadays so it was really nice to be able to see a group of employees that cared about the customers and were actually enjoying their job!
To the employees from McDonald’s in Columbus Ohio if we come back through on the way back home we will definitely come back and visit you guys!
