My wife and I had an amazing experience at La Mexicanada in Bradford. We shared the platter and the Birria tacos —everything was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous and great for sharing.
To top it off, the drinks were excellent. I had the Ojo Rojo, and my wife had the mango margarita—both were spot on. Great food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

The vibe in this place is awesome. The food is so delicious. Not huge portion size for the cost, but still enough to fill you. I have no complaints about my meal. My margarita was delicious.
The service could’ve been better. It took quite a long time to get our food and the server wasn’t very attentive in my opinion. She also argued with us about whether there was cheese on our order seemed very dismissive about it didn’t want to be wrong however, the band playing was a great touch will be returning. Hopefully, the service is better next time.

– Authentic Mexican music playing, at a good level. Dimly lit. Decorated in authentic decor but pretty rag tag. The location is pretty big with about 15 or more sitting tables and 6 high top tables.

– Server was very kind and helpful. Even offered us water as we waited for out take out order
Food:
– Al Pastor Taco: taste authentic, kinda sweet, juicy. Onions and celantro are good amount. The medium hot sauce has a nice little build up. Tortillas were okay, single tortilla without a problem. Small tacos but decently filling, about 3×3 inches

We’ve been to this restaurant a few times and generally really enjoy it – the food is consistently good, and the atmosphere, especially in the evenings with live music, is a great touch. However, on our most recent visit on a Friday afternoon, we were disappointed by the slow service. It took quite a while to get our orders in and even longer for the food to arrive, which was unusual based on our past visits. Hoping this was just an off day, as we do like the place overall and would love to see it back to its usual standard.

We really enjoy the food here, it’s delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and the décor is colorful and adds to the overall experience. I do find the prices a bit high, and some of the portions are on the smaller side, but the taste of the food mostly makes up for it.
The main downside is the service. It tends to be quite slow, whether it’s due to the waitstaff, limited staffing, or delays from the kitchen, I’m not exactly sure what the cause is. If you don’t have a reservation, the wait for a table can be quite long, and even after being seated and placing your order, it can take a while for the food to arrive.

We were there as a large group and they did the best they could to accomodate us. Although the fiod was not hot by the time it came to us it was really good. The place has great decor and the live band was great. We were lucky to book ahead of time aa it was super busy.
