Sandwich was so small. Ordered smokehouse brisket sandwich and there is barely any meat/toppings. The Buffalo chicken slider was thicker than this. Service was also terrible. Took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and fries. Would not recommend going to this Arby’s.

There are a few issues with this location. Below sub par customer service. And inconsistent food. You can go there on a Monday and have great food. Then come back Thursday and have stale food. No straws. It’s all up to luck. The fries were old and tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour. The only consistent thing is the Market Fresh Lemonade 10/10 drink. I’d go just for that. The food otherwise. Better luck going anywhere else.

My husband and I were pretty disappointed with our visit yesterday 8-10-23. Floors were VERY sticky, every booth had food and crumbs on it, cheese sticks and fries were undercooked, and 1 staff member was not very polite AT ALL.

Food was good but the dining room was dirty. We were the only ones in the dining room but couldn’t find a clean table. We had to wash one off ourselves using napkins and water. The ketchup dispenser was broken, the Arby’s sauce dispenser was empty, all dispensers needed to be cleaned. There were 4 employees that we could see. The drive thru was busy but not too busy.

Had to get a quick dinner with some friends so we chose Arby’s. Went right in and was able to order immediately…food was quickly prepared and we were called to pick it up. It was hot, not warm…tasted great and we knew we made the right choice for dinner. I will not hesitate to stop here again while in Monroe.

Food was good. Restaurant was clean. My only issue is that the staff was talking loudly about customers and we could hear it all. They ask you if you want to round up for free curly fries(voucher). Doesn’t matter if it’s a penny or 99 cents. The worker was telling the other worker “we should only ask the customer If they want to round up if their total ends in 50 cents or less. That way they are pretty much paying regular price for the fries they think they are getting for free.” WOW. Really? I wasn’t aware that the free fry vouchers came out of your paycheck! How rude! We were the only people in the restaurant and we sat around the corner out of sight. But could hear them discuss customers the entire time. A guy pulled up to the drive through and backed up for some reason… and the girl that worked there said “I HATE when customers do that.” LOL. Wow. I don’t know the entire context of what she was talking about. But how about you just keep customer criticism out of your mouth please?

I wish I had the option for negative stars for service because while the food is usually fresh and hot, the attitude of the workers and management ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!! It’s primarily the evening/dinner crew. They are rude, impatient, and lack any kind of positive, respectful knowledge of customer service. This needs to be addressed immediately.

To start the shift manager wasn’t aware if the store had pickles. We received horrible food. The fries must had been sitting for a couple hours. They were well done and yet soggy. All of our items weren’t in the bag. The bathroom was dirty. The bacon Swiss sandwich I got was made with two chicken breasts because one wasn’t big enough to make the sandwich, both should have been thrown away as they were not fit for human consumption. Whether the food is right or not, they are slinging it out the door to cut down on waste costs. Would not recommend eating here.

This place is a complete joke an people that work here on the closing shift are the worst I’m hoping management see this review first I was there at the location ten mins till 11 there was a door dash guy ahead of me the door dash guy was waiting longer as I observed the employee laughing which I will be showing corporate these pictures they could have said they were closed but no there was 2 men an a woman working they didn’t help none of us they just laughed an they say pay these people 15 dollars a hour it is a joke an this is not the first time I’ve came to this location people that were working tonight should be fired sad times we live in I will be taking this to there main people
