The lobby and play area are completely disgusting fries everywhere, people left the food on the table like they would if they was at a regular sit down restaurant. When I asked if someone would clean the play area so my kids could play there the employee told me that she’s not on lobby duty, but I’ll check and she never did. Never would I come to this one. The management is an absolute joke they don’t know how to run a proper business and need to get fired or demoted.

After visiting this McDonald’s location with my two small children on a Friday afternoon specifically because they still have a playground, my 2-year-old was injured. Despite wearing socks, he cut his foot on something sharp in the play area. As you can imagine, this was terrifying as a parent, not knowing what caused the cut.

I immediately spoke with management. A young lady who said she was the Manager brought me a first aid kit while I explained where my child had been playing. She said that was all she could do for us. She then notified another shift leader, who then said they would close that section of the playground to prevent other children from being hurt. However, we never found what caused the injury.
I did not receive an apology, and I remain very concerned—not only for my son’s safety but for the safety of other children who may visit this location. I hope this can be investigated.

Ordered a large double quarter pounder meal. Barely got any fries. Burger patty was very pink and raw. They wouldn’t give me a refund without returning the evidence.

Uber eats order
Forgot part of the order had to call Uber eats back. They confirmed that we are missing. Our order was told that I need to call McDonald’s directly. All I could get for the first 10 phone calls with their voicemail. Then when I did get a hold of them they told me if I came in personally they would give us our meals. I let him know that we were staying in a hotel on vacation and have no car and The manager told me that I just needed to go directly to Uber eats then cause there’s nothing she can do.

This is the worse McDonald’s ever. Some lady early 20’s or 19 with glasses was giving us food in the drive through and she had the biggest attitude told us everything was in the bag and HALF of it was not in there. My chicken sandwich was wrong and NO RECIEPT in the bag. We spent 31$ on all our food without receiving half of it.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. On February 6th, my friend and I both ordered the “Crispy Chicken Deluxe meal”, only to find a strand of hair embedded in the food. This was not only highly unappetizing but also raised significant concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and food safety practices.

Upon bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, I was met with an additional level of frustration due to the unprofessional behavior of the General Manager, Katya. Rather than addressing my concern with empathy and professionalism, she was extremely rude and condescending. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, she insisted that I leave work and return both the contaminated food and receipt. This response was not only inconvenient but also dismissive of the seriousness of the situation. Her attitude and lack of customer service made an already unpleasant experience even worse.

McDonald’s is a brand that is widely recognized for its commitment to quality and customer care. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and degrades a once trusted national brand. I urge you to investigate this matter, not only in terms of food safety but also in how customer complaints are handled at this location. Proper food handling procedures and customer service training should be reinforced to prevent similar incidents in the future.

For your reference, I have enclosed pictures of the contaminated food as evidence of this incident. I request a formal response outlining the steps McDonald’s intends to take to address this issue. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience.

I understand each location is a franchise and therefore individually owned. I will be reaching out to your corporate headquarters with my concerns.

Great indoor playground but be mindful if you have children. They give out OLD toys even if they have current ones. Heard it directly from the staff’s mouth. They just wanna get rid of whatever old toys they have to unlucky, unsuspecting kids, who are rightfully expecting to get what they are currently advertising. So check your toys before you drive off, if that matters to you.

It’s 9:44 pm just got home from leaving drive through and our food was cold and stale. We keep thinking it will be better next time but nope! Our chicken nuggets were so old like if they were re-dipped in cooking oil along with the fries. Service was good but need to work on making fresh food and changing out the cooking oil. We feed our kids with the intention that McDonald’s is serving good and safe food to eat. Please night managers work on this.

Food was brought to the table which was a plus, however standing at the register trying to order one soda and employees were looking at us while they’re playing on the phone. Had to order from the kiosk one single small drink.

My mocha frappe was excellent I had them put one shot of espresso in its and it was wonderful.
Their service was quick, the only thing wrong was I ordered my double cheeseburger with extra onion pieces and they ended up putting NONE .
It was good I just think it would have been way better if it would have had the onions . Just saying!
