This was the best Waffle House I have ever been to, service was adequate, food was great. It said Denny’s in the sign, but this didn’t taste like Denny’s. It tasted like a home cooked meal. Next time I come through Woodburn, definitely stopping here.

Customer service was good. The update system that they used was good and easy ordering. Food delivered within reasonable time. Beverages was good. Would recommend all Dennys to use this updated system for better efficient. I would recommend this Dennys to anyone.

Normally we love coming to this location. Came in for a late dinner in the bar. The server Edith was super slow, and her friends were sitting at the bar. She paid most of her attention to them. They had dogs and were playing with them on on the bar.

First time walking in this restaurant for breakfast. We were greeted warmly by the front desk. Waited for about 2 minutes to get our table ready for a party of 4. The place was semi full. The greeter asked us if we preferred table or booth. At first we asked for table and were given a table for 4. Then after being served our warm coffee we decided to get a booth instead. They accommodated very well with us and provided us a nearby booth for us. A+ for flexibility. We were able to get a full view of their kitchen and chefs at work. The men were very respectful of the women waiters there. We had one gentleman as our waiter for the table but was switched to a lady as our waiter once we changed seating to the the booth instead. She was very attentive to our orders and gave us sauces and napkins before we even asked. A+ for attentiveness and awareness! Though mask are enforced here. Everyone was kind and patience with us. Our food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be coming back soon for breakfast when shopping nearby.

I wait a few minutes to be seated which isn’t an issue but I sit down and the table is dirty the syrup bottle is also sticky and has pancake residue on it. It’s now that I noticed it was an exclusively Mexican crew and non of them spoke good English. I ordered and got water. My water was only filled once when I flagged her down for it. I saw our food sitting out on the counter for 10 minutes before it was brought out to us cold. When we did get our food we realized there was no silverware. I spend the next 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention and finally had to get up and ask for a fork. Our server seemed annoyed and pulled forks from another table. The food felt like what you would eat at a church camp breakfast. Please don’t go here they don’t deserve your money.

our order was sent back due to hash browns not fully cooked they came back burnt not even fresh it was like they put the old ones on the grill. then the eggs were not fully cooked whites were runny . our waitress was the only thing that was good. your kitchen staff needs alot of training

I’m not sure what’s up with this place, I’m only going in when Barb or Josh are working. This place has really had a tough time having good bartenders. Thank God for Barb. She’s been our favorite for a long time. Just wish she was here more. She’s the best. Please keep her.

UPDATE:
Have been in twice to meet with friends for breakfast. On both occasions we have had a male, Hispanic waiter. He has provided great service and knows how to work with our larger group well for orders and checking in. Food is typical, but have left content; thus raising previous review (below) rating.
2nd Review:
Went to the regular restaurant side and Salmon in Ceasar salad was bad (tasteless, colorless, oily). Replaced with grilled chicken but salad wasn’t very good. Chicken tenders were better. Waiters seemed rushed, but there weren’t many people. Other people left w/o receiving part of their order & having to get up and get their own water/coffee. Our server seemed like she was trying, but somehow their system isn’t working too well. Overall not pleased with this visit. Thought it’d be good since it’s usually full and it wasn’t this time. Bar side was a much better experience 4/5 and this brings it down to a 2/5.
Old review on 1st visit @ bar side gets 4 stars: Service was good from the gal working the bar side. Your typical Denny’s diner food. If no kids, I prefer going through the bar side just because the other side tends to be full & longer waiting.

Sooo unprofessional I’m impressed this business is still open. When you first enter it smells of old carpet and mildew. I ordered food for pickup, no one greeted me upon entrance, when I asked about my order no one was able to determine where it was. Three different servers came up to me asking for the name of my order yet no one was able to find it. A waitress came up to me and asked me something in Spanish, I said “I’m sorry can you repeat that?” And she repeated it in Spanish, after I asked if she could tell me in English she rolled her eyes and sighed then told me in English.
