Sat at speaker for over 5 minutes. Saw maybe 4 cars leave the line for how long we all wait per car.
Updating after a month: I came back to order just a single cheeseburger on its own and waited 10 minutes. Cars behind me are being told to park to be served and are being served before me and it’s hours after lunch began and I just got my food and it looks like someone stepped on my sandwich

I never have experience a diverse McDonald’s like that. Being raised in Southeastern Kentucky, and living in the Lexington area most of my life (born in Lexington) makes this experience in an all African American McDonald’s almost shocking. The service was great, and actually felt unusually comfortable lol, no offense to the other McDonald’s that I have been to Because I have always been treated with respect at every establishment…. It was just cool being in at McDonald’s where everyone look like me, from the manager to the customers….Wow…❤️ !!

This particular location is absolutely horrible. Food is fine and what you’d expect from McDonald’s. It’s the customer service that needs addressing. I’ve contacted the number I had been provided to make complaints. Multiple. And seems as if nothing is done. No retraining. No staff changes. Nothing.

Staff is very rude and not the greatest of people linger around there. They keep the bathroom doors locked and if you have a backpack you are not allowed to go in. She expected me to leave it in the part where you come in and said it will be safe.. and if you know the area trust me it won’t be safe. She said only college kids can go in there with their backpack and I was offended because I am a college student. I’m 35 years old but I decided to go back so the way they profile people is insane to me. McDonald’s in Louisville and all of them on Broadway need to step their game up.

My comment is really a question. When did McDonald’s stop using real cheese? This is not my first time getting a sandwich where the cheese was not melted. But it’s the first one that I waited to get home to eat and the cheese is still not melted When did they switch? and How does this new cheese that doesn’t melt affect us? Thanks!

Yet another mcdonalds with the attitude of guest comes first. Even the staff makes u feel good about coming here. These are high school students. There ideas are sometimes not ours. Their attitudes are sometimes not what we want to see however the last 4 mcdonalds ive been in has had great employees and mgrs.’ll of excellence. This one is so clean and quite and busy. Wow i am so overwhelmed. Their the best thus far.
