If you’re afraid of flavor then this place is not for you!
When I say this is some of the best food I have tried, oh boy do I mean it. Never before have I had such flavorful dishes! It sounded odd at first, but let me tell you, everything went together so perfectly. I am so glad we decided to try the food here. Also, the cookies were quite litterally some of the best and the pomegranate lemonade as well. This place has now become our top favorite. The service was outstanding as well. I truly hope they find a new place! The only down side is the location. I’m not a fan of the phodery as they have a terrible bee problem. Like we had to get our food to go because the bees were so bad and it didn’t matter where we sat.

First off, super friendly staff. The food is amazing and fresh. The flavors pop and just keep giving. Very thoughtful consideration given to the recipes and flavor combinations. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the venue of The Phoodery Phoenix being more upscale than other “food truck” type options in the Valley.

Fantastic. High quality, fresh, well seasoned. The pita was a perfect texture and freshness. Pictured is their chicken shawarma plate for $18. I added a side of labne pictured behind the plate for $3. If you like moderate spice, ask for a side of hot sauce (not pictured). I’m sure glad I did as it was a wonderful sauce that elevated the experience. This is a must return place for me.

This just popped up on my door dash and I decided to try it out. Well I now have a favorite new place to get takeout. The flavour was outstanding!! I had a shwarma plate and it was so good I ordered a second and ate it for two days straight. The portion was big enough that I had two meals out of one. I am still dreaming about the hummus and yogurt sauce. There are not many options for food that is filling, healthy and this delicious. You have a new fan and thank you for offering this, you hit it out of the park.

The two young ladies that was running the spot. They were very professional. Really abreast of the menu knew how to describe the flavors and personally they undersold it. This food is bomb and it’s fresh. The veggies are fresh. The rice was fresh. Chicken was fresh. The hummus oh the hummus incredible! If you’re into Mediterranean, this is the place to come. Great atmosphere. Good people come check it out please. I really, really enjoyed it and you get a free lemonade to leave a review and you can leave whatever you want. But I’m leaving you the truth. I went to the Phoodery yesterday and ordered the mezze plate, the Lebanese meat pies, Qahwa, and the honey cardamom latte. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. There is so much depth of flavor in each dish we tried. The signature sourdough flatbread is so good on its own, but even better when paired with the different dips offered in the mezze plate.
The owners are the kindest, most genuine people and are passionate about what they do. Please do yourselves a favor and check out the Flying Flatbread. You will not be disappointed!!!

The Flying Flatbread at The Phoodery is a hidden gem between Ashland and Medford. As a local from Central Point, I appreciate finding a spot that serves traditional coffee. For five dollars, it is an easy choice over Starbucks.
I stopped in with my MacBook and ordered a fresh shawarma with a cup of traditional coffee. The coffee was bold and rich with a depth of flavor you will not find anywhere else in Southern Oregon. The shawarma was fresh and full of flavor. It was clear that the food was made with care.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It is a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. Whether you are from the area or just passing through, this place is worth the stop. I will be back every time I am in the area.
