This Outback isn’t the fanciest, it is located in a strip mall, but the atmosphere and the service is great. Our server was awesome. The steaks were a bit chewy, but that’s a risk when ordering sirloin. But overall it was a nice dining experience.

This was my first visit to outback in a long time. I went with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised.
While the ambiance is still somewhat dated, and it is a chain restaurant concept which has seen better days, the appetizers especially the blooming onions were great.
Overall I would recommend the appetizers and the fish but not the steak.
Service was good and pleasant but not exceptional. Good value for money, especially if you’re looking for nostalgia for another time.

We ordered food through website at 6pm. Noticed an hour in that food hadn’t arrived we contacted location they advised it was due to door dash driver. I Spoke to the manager liz and she promised to make it right and contacted door dash to get a new driver and to have a fresh order redone. Door dash ended up at my door at 8pm with the older order called Liz back and she herself came to deliver the fresh order. I am extremely happy how she went over and beyond to make it right. Liz def deserves a raise. Thank you Liz for all your help.

I had such an amazing experience at the Outback in Miami Lakes thanks to Noemi and Chris. From the moment we sat down, Noemi took care of us like family — attentive, patient, and genuinely sweet. She anticipated everything we needed without us even having to ask. Her energy and professionalism made the whole meal feel special.
Chris was also incredible, checking in to make sure everything was perfect and making us feel truly welcomed. You can tell they both take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction.
If you’re going to this location, ask for Noemi and Chris — they’re the kind of team that turns a simple dinner into a memorable experience. Highly recommend!!!!

We had such a great experience at Outback tonight! Our server, Briana, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly from the moment we sat down, checked on us often without being overbearing, and made sure everything came out just the way we wanted. Her attention to detail and genuine personality made our dinner so much better. Definitely ask for Brianna if you want the best service!

Justin was an absolutely fantastic server! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He had a great knowledge of the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. this is the first time i have ever had the kitchen manager, Doug come out to check up on us. It amazed me. the food was great and service was even better Daniela V has the most bubbly personality. she even played with my kid and made him feel comfortable. love this restaurant ..

We ended up having Bryan as our server twice on two different visits, and both times the service was great. He wears glasses and was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out right. Having the same server again actually made the experience better because he was consistent and remembered what we needed. Definitely a solid server at this location.
