This location really struggled. We took the whole family for dinner and my daughter (16) ordered a steak medium rare. The waitress asked if that was correct and we said yes and explained that we wanted the steak red, with blood. You know, like medium rare. She argued but finally entered the order. She did not refill any drinks and also advised us that the wait would be very very long. It wasn’t too busy, considering it was the weekend, but we said that’s fine. The salads and soup came, the salad bowl was less than half full and the soup cups were even less. Then the food comes and the steak is well done. We call the waitress over and tell her, after some arguing about what it should be she takes it back to be fixed. Now let me just say, I’ve never had a waitress tell me no for asking for something, and she did this several times. The manager did deduct the steak from the bill, but wow! We were shocked by the entire experience. I would be cautious when going here.

Got food for just my girlfriend and myself and the waitress was helpful the whole time. I ordered the steak with shrimp added and they didn’t bring the shrimp out originally. And we didn’t get our guacamole until our meals were already out. But the waitress worked with us and listened to make it better. The manager Carlos stood out as good. He checked with us about the shrimp not being brought out and the guacamole being slow. He discounted the whole thing for us and helped us out even though I didn’t ask for or expect that. Great service and care for the customer.

We Love Centerville Chili’s! It is one of our family’s favorite places to eat. A lot of good food for a great price. Our favorite server is Megan. She has served us many times and is so attentive and friendly. She remembered us and was quick with drink refills, sauces and anything we needed. She anticipated our needs. Please give her a raise!!!

Wow…Flavor Explosion in my mouth. Ordered online. Confirmed pickup time. Order was ready as promised. I had the Big Smasher Burger, wife loves the Explosion Salad, daughter gets the ribs. All very tasty. Do not forget about the Chips and Salsa!!!

BENJI IS THE BEST!! We had a big dance group full of crazy teenagers come in and he was so amazing and kind! I never had to ask for a refill and our food was all hot delicious and soooo accurate!! He’s the best ever if i am in centerville i will make sure to ask for him again.
