Chili’s was awesome. The manager was very accommodating, she let me sit in a spot where there wasn’t really anybody to wait on my table and the waitress Jas was even better. She was friendly, prompt, and on top of anything that I needed even though she had to go the extra distance away from her regular section to make sure I was good. Jas really impressed me, especially since my last few dine in experiences were not great at all. She was absolutely amazing! The only problem I had was the steak. Medium means a little pink inside it’s a big difference between medium and well done, which my steak was. But the service was so great I was willing to overlook it. Ask to be seated in Jas section if you go here. I promise you you’ll thank me later.

When I showed up they had only half the tables filled and then told us it was only going to be a few minutes to see a table of five people. Multiple servers standing around not doing anything that could have taken our order. But instead decided to let us stand around for 20 minutes waiting for table then the manager came out and told us that they couldn’t see us because their servers are only allowed so many tables. They very easily could have told us that at the beginning and it wouldn’t have been a problem. But during this whole time they seated three different groups ahead of us.

The service was slower due to low staff so its understandable. Our server was as attentive as she could be with low staff and it being busy. The food was good and fresh.

The experience was good but not great! My food didn’t come as I ordered. I ordered a steak with extra seasoning & it didn’t have any seasoning. The potatoes was dry like it was scraping from the bottom of the pan. The drink & broccoli was great!! Thank you very much!

Waiter was upset that I changed my order while he was still at the table taking my order. “I’m putting it in as we speak, so you can’t change-you need to know when you start talking” This should have been my first sign to leave but I had been craving pasta. I apologized and was still hoping for a great dining experience. The waiter never came back to check in.
Trio dip-Guacamole was old….it came out dark and cold. Huge disappointment. Skillet queso was as if it came out of the microwave. It’s the worst I have ever had.
All the food taste badddd. I don’t know why.

Our most recent visit wasn’t too great. The host and our server, D, were absolutely wonderful. Kept us informed, kept our drinks topped off, very positive attitude, and overall D was a wonderful server I’d ask for every time! The kitchen, however, definitely needs some better managing. They were slow as could be and got part of an order wrong.

Overall it was good. Saturday night and it wasn’t terribly busy yet. Our food came out quicker than I expected. The staff was friendly. I do think they were a little shorthanded because our waitress was taking care of the majority of the bar side of the restaurant so we didn’t get as many refills as we would have liked. But the food was tasty and we were satisfied.

A lot of areas where empty with staff members standing around. Even if staff where on their break they shouldnt be standing in service areas. Friends of staff and maybe off duty employees were in and out of the kitchen clearly hanging out and not anything work related. Servers were walking around with over ear head phones which felt very unprofessional and rude to consumers as it makes it clear they dont want to be called over or asked for anything. Friends were being served first regardless of when orders were being placed we ordered an appetizer 15 mins after placunh a close friend of the bar tender ordered a steak meal and the steak came out prior to an appetizer placed 15 mins earlier.

Food is normally good but I ordered a medium rare steak, I got a very rare steak, had it taken back to get cooked a bit more. When I got it back, it was like the cook just set the steak on the part where I cut cooked that part for a minute maybe. It was still rare. I was super disappointed. Service was great tho! And the rest of the food was amazing
