I’ve ordered food for take out before but it’s my first time dining in. I gotta say the first experience wasn’t great. The decor was modern and I liked the bar area.
We got seated in about 5 min when we arrived around 9pm. The waiter (i think he’s the manager) took our order. Another waitress brought out edamame first, and then tuna poke and tonkatsu ramen. The karaage didn’t come until mid-way through our meal. They didn’t give us utensils so we had to ask for them. We were told that they usually only give a spoon?!
Now food…the tuna poke wasn’t anything special (tuna looked fresh though). We ordered two bowls of Tonkatsu ramen. They were not as salty as other ramen places but then they didn’t have much flavor either. There was a very strong yeasty taste (or a distinct flavor that I wasn’t able to identify) from egg noodles and soup. It came with a very small piece of pork (the smallest I’ve seen from a bowl of ramen). The karaage came last. Each piece was big and not enough crunchiness. The spicy mayo was delicious.
We paid for the check but then later noticed that they charged more than the menu price (I didn’t even realized that at first so it’s good to pay attention to your bill). We told the manager about it and he was nice to adjust our bill. Anyway, it’s recommended to check your bill.

The service is fast, the staff is polite, and the food is delicious and good price ! The location is really nice, indoor and outdoor seating is available, great place to bring family or friends. Haven’t tried out the other location but definitely recommend this location.

I have been seeing this place pop up on my feed very often, so I definitely needed to come in. It was definitely a sign! And I was so happy that I did. They literally exceeded my expectation! We had gotten three different Ramen dishes, and three different rolls along with their shrimp, fried rice, and let me tell you we didn’t leave there with a to go box! We ate everything!
We tried their creamy chicken, Carnitas Ramen, and their spicy Ramen! I personally really like the spicy Ramen!
and definitely don’t sleep on that Melon sake! It was perfect! We are super excited to come back. The staff was absolutely amazing! We got there right when they opened and we were seated and our food came out so quick!

Tajima is consistent with their delicious food and craft cocktails. Their customer service however, is poor. I have dined in and ordered pick- up several times and have been very disappointed by the servers’ attitude and contemptuous behavior.
Food wise they are 4 stars and I definitely recommend. It’s a shame their customer service standards are so low.

I visited this location this weekend and had the best experience ever! My server Fernanda was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu! I enjoyed the carnitas ramen with extra limes along with the garlic edamame! Super yummy will be recommending to my friends and family and going back soon!

Honestly, the broth needs improvement, it was okay but had a minor bitter taste. And we tried two different ramens! The Tajima fries are amazing and have a great flavor. Definitely recommend those! We had a server who started us and towards the end, she never returned and a different waitress just came to ask if everything was okay but not informing us she was our new server. So that’s where the service threw us off!
