Yikes! This place is really struggling. Ive gone a handful of times and not once has my food been right. Even if it’s the right item they somehow change something and get it wrong every time. If you get anything from here, DONT get the bacon egg and cheese bagel. They forget the sauce and use a different egg every time, which sometimes tastes like eating a rubber hockey puck. 0/5 stars would be given if it was possible. Sometimes im wondering if staff is even present. If you go inside to order you’ll be waiting at least 10 minutes, up to an hour. I’ve wasted too much money and time at this establishment trusting they’d be able to redeem themselves. Never again.

Waited so long to order. There was no line infront of us, except for an old lady who was also waiting to place an order beside us. The employees 100% saw us there, yet they didn’t pay any attention to us
We ended up leaving and headed to the next McDonald’s on the next exit, and the second we walked inside they acknowledged us and quickly took our order, even though it looked like they were just as busy as this one.
The funniest part was that as we were walking out the door, there was a paper that said we should give this place a review, so here I am:) If I could give 0 stars I would honestly. What a waste of time.

The bathrooms ! Smelled like sewage, something was leaking in one of the stalls, there wasn’t any soap in the dispenser, the paper towels were sitting on the counter getting wet instead of the dispenser. They had a watered down face wash bottle, on the sink with who knows what inside, to use to wash your hands. But the STINK! It is TERRIBLE!
No one was available or looking willing to help us at the counter when we went up to make sure the ice cream machine was “working” before we ordered it on the kiosk. Receipt came out blank, so we didn’t know what order number we were.
We went up to the counter to ask for our cups, after speaking, one of the women working here completely ignored me, helped someone next to me, then turned around to work on the next order.

Really nice restaurant, good service first go around then when I went back to order more than I had to use the machine to order. I guess they were saving money on a cashier. I don’t like using a machine and not getting a discount for the company saving money. Customer service should be number one, but things are changing. The bathroom was ok, but needed attention. Other than that, it was good.

I come up here pretty frequently since all my boys are in love with mcdonalds…and I am always having to wait like 20 to 30 minutes for my mobile orders. The ONE time I wasn’t up there when my food was ready they had thrown it out as we were walking in the door and said “you know we have a set time for a reason for mobile orders ” and then my husband laid it on her. It’s a hit or miss getting a nice server but usually they ignore the people in the lobby.

Waited n the drive through line for 10 minutes to be pulled up to wait for another 15 minutes. Then they bring half the order and then wait another 15 minutes and my food still hasn’t arrived! 40 minutes to eat at a drive through is unacceptable!!! The ownership here really needs to revamp this place!! DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU’RE IN A HURRY! You’d be better off going to the Cracker Barrel across the street!

Employees are extremely rude.they where all gossiping in the lobby area and not working. I informed them the receipt the kiosk printed was blank they pretty much said don’t worry about it. When my food was ready I asked for a receipt and the employee told my they couldn’t print one I asked for the corporate number and then she called her manager over who actually could print a receipt. During this the employee was rolling her eyes and making rude facial expressions.

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service. The food was hot and prepared well. The dining area and tables were mostly clean. The manager who was on duty came in at seemed like she ran a tight shop and enforcing high standards. I couldn’t give five stars because the Mens restroom was not in good condition.

So I travel alot. Work construction..always on go..use McDonald’s alot.
Pulled up to the mobile order parking #2 today. Just ordered a cup of coffee cause I needed the caffeine to continue my journey.
Black lady comes out..walks up to my truck with an attitude and said…you could got this thru the drive thru!
Will make it a point never to come this McDonald’s again (10.30 am Friday morning! )
I rarely leave bad reviews…really appreciate all the hard work restaurants put in…!

Extremely slow table service. My order (biscuit and coffee) was placed through the kiosk since no one was at the register. I was the third order waiting. I took a seat and waited for my order to be delivered to my table. After a very long wait (20 min)….only 1 of the 3 orders had been filled. I went to the counter to investigate and found my order sitting there.
