Cell phone will lose service as soon as I enter the parking lot. Employee offered me a different flavor of slushy instead of simply going to the back to grab “the cookies”. Had me thinking that they didn’t have the item available. I requested a refund, but then he said he could indeed make my drink. Please train the employees. I ordered this drink because it was a new menu item that I wanted to try, which means changing the flavor to something doesn’t satisfy my reason for purchasing. I received 2 super tiny burritos that I paid $6 for. not sure if they’re supposed to be this small? But that was disappointing.

They are so slow that you will get your food faster if you drive to a further taco bell and order there instead.
I have never seen a more untrained workforce in my life. No one knew what was going on, they were all so slow, one of the employees knocked a drink all over the floor, laughed, then clocked out and left. I waited over an hour for my order and it never came. I just left without it.
I dont know how their overall rating is anywhere over two stars.

Ordered online while on the way. Arrived and went to the cashier desk. Nobody acknowledged me, and there was a woman (customer) eating her whole meal at the desk. After about 5 minutes, I finally got someone’s attention but they didn’t help me. My app said my food was ready but still no one would come and talk to me. The only good part was that the soda machines actually worked this visit and my food was made hot when someone finally asked how they can help me about 15 minutes into being there.

Literally waiting a whole hour. Seems like my oder got lost so had to ask after half an hour. Waiting so long especially since staff don’t really care. Pretty chaotic seems to me. Very disappointing first time visit. I hope not all Taco Bell are like this.

Waited a bit for a simple order. The drive through seems busy but not busy for dining in. Many orders are for take out. The prices are very reasonable and the value menu has offers for $2. The bean and rice burrito is good. For $7-$10 you can grab snacks or light lunch.

The food was good, service at the register was slow due to not enough personnel working. Restaurant tidiness and restroom cleaning can be definitely improved. Size of the supreme burrito was small, comparing to some other taco Bell locations. Overall recommended

On a good day a 4 minute online order turned into 25+, and then tonight we had a 8 minute order turn into over an hour and 15 before we gave up. Management seems to not exist, and staff are understaffed or undertrained and not set up for success. Avoid this location.
