I had to give it one star, but for me this place deserves –5 stars.
The food took around 45 minutes to be ready. When we placed our order, we asked for sauces, but when the food arrived, we didn’t receive any sauces or napkins. I requested additional sauces, and the manager, very rude, refused to give me any, saying I had to pay for them (even though we ordered three adult combos). I tried to explain that we never received the sauces in the first place. One of the employees handed me a few, and the manager started yelling at her and at me as well.

The service at this location is terrible, and the owner should address this issue. Why treat customers so poorly? If the manager doesn’t like her customer service job, she should look for a position that matches her expectations. This place is not recommended at all.

Idk what happened to this location but it 100% fell off. Used to be a perfect spot for a quick stop for a quick meal on the way home from a long day at work. Order on point with all items fresh and hot..

Idk if management changed or ownership or what…but the women who was on duty 12/17 at 10:00 has zero business running a register, let alone a branch… items missing. Cold. And incapable of basic communication.

I asked for extra onions and pickles and got absolutely none. When I mentioned it the manager gave me attitude and snatched the burger. Took it to the back. And added onions. Then threw it directly in my bag, wide open. They literally dumped the entire onion tray on my burger out of spite…. this manager has zero business in customer service….absolutely disgusting individual.

Update: just read some older reviews. Appears this new manager makes a habit of poor service and disrespectful attitudes…. hopefuly ownership addresses this and brings the location back to standard..

I have a friend at the nearby hospital and the only thing that she asked me for was an ice cream from McDonald’s. That’s all she wanted. I got here and they told me that the ice cream machine wasn’t working. What’s up with the ice cream machines always being broken? It’s a cliche at this point. If they’re never going to work, then just get rid of them.
I’m not blaming the cashier, he was very polite.

I left feeling satisfied and nostalgic about what made McDonald’s such a cherished spot in my childhood. Kudos to Jerry for bringing that essence back! I will definitely be returning, not just for the food, but to experience the fantastic service that Jerry provides. Highly recommend visiting during his shift! Coming from an Army Ranger veteran.

Was just trapped in the right side lane for genuinely 15 minutes in between 2 cars because not only did she forget to take the right lane….3 times… She took 5 minutes between even greeting the customers in line. I’ve sat in this drive through multiple times with basically the same thing happening, Sometimes it’s been longer. If you don’t like your job, quit!!!

Definitely a place where I suggest you don’t go to. They left plastic on my son’s breakfast sandwich….tried to remake my meal without giving me my drinks and gave me half of my money back. Definitely bad for business ….might even be a little racists to your own kind as I heard the general manager speaking in regards to black people and Trump… it is coming from a “black” woman ….

Look man service is always great in the morning evenings but never at night. But my point of this review is that. Your sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin is trash now you guys blew it it was the only thing keep hope alive because it had the same taste from years ago when i was a kid .so much taste and savory amazing but I stopped tasting it like couple months ago because I jumped on my vegetarian diet . Which im a fan of vegan life if you do it the right way. But anyways in that time frame of a couple months. The taste is not thier. Its bland no taste at all. Why did you change the ingredients it was amazing until January 2026. I hope you figure it out bye and thank you

I was with my husband and sister in law and It takes so long to get our food, and the manager or supervisor was so rude to my sister in law because we ordered sauces and we didn’t get it, when she was requesting it, the supervisor was very rude and racist, yelling to the lady who was giving us the sauce. If the manager don’t have to talk that way to others no even her colleagues. I hope you guys take actions against her.

Placed an order through the mobile app. Ordered a chicken biscuit and it was burnt. Always check your food before leaving. I went back and the manager assisted me. She apologized and had my order re-done. The experience went from not satisfied to satisfied. I would return on the basis of their customer service.
