I have always wanted to try this chain, and I finally got a chance on my recent road trip going through Ohio.
The service was good and friendly ( I did look like I was from out of town).
Food is advertised,
Personally the grilled onions and mustard was interesting. This isnt something to buy and eat later. Fresh is best.
The place felt like walking back though time.the old black and white photos on the wall and felt a little old. Maybe White Castle should do a update or refresh.
If there there is a next time, I would add ketchup and no pickles.
Was fun.
Packaging wise, why in small boxes? Can’t it be in wrapping paper ? Should be space saver and cheaper?

Bad customer service rushing you at The speaker dumped the food ask for ketchup, and she say we don’t have it with attitude. I tried to check my food. And when I’m trying to check my food after when I passed the window like not far to see what I have above in the picture, she came out of the window. She told me leave

The young girl at the front counter was excellent!!!! However the store was unbelievably nasty!!! When I checked my food it was old not fresh, and I only got 5 cheese sliders..when I said something about it, the cook replied naw I just made those there not old I just picked my bag up and went on I wasn’t trying to get into a confrontation over it!! I will just call the number on the receipt and go about it that way!

Since my below review, I was sent a letter of apology and a gift card that I was not expecting. What I really wanted was my reward points. But when I redownloaded the app to check I found that the points had been added. So my issue with online customer service was resolved asked basically to be forgiven and I was told they would address the issue. I am leaving one star off since I needed to go through all this in the first place. I will be back and I will go to that store since the Male manager that took care of me there was excellent, he really was. Thanks for addressing my complaint.
All was great but app sucks and they do not post payment at time of order and do not post points so you need to keep receipts unlike many other places. I love ordering with apps and get specials and rewards and the ease. I won’t be back because of the customer service help line and the problems using the app. That is a shame. The manager at the Norwood store and the other workers were great.

This White Castle may as well be closed. Good luck getting any kind of customer service. They do not know how to prepare the food. This should be shut down. Go to Hook fish and Chicken. They actually know what they’re doing, and they love customers.

Giving my drive-thru experience 5 stars. Service was great, relatively fast, and everything was correct on my order which was quite large, even the sauces I asked for. The surrounding area may deter some patrons but I can assure you that this White Castle is great.

Love going to Quatmen. Great food and the staff is always so friendly. We love to seat outside when its nice out.
