The food is really good here (unless you get the loaded fries which were stale for me (which i got in June) but I can let it go since the rest of what I have had is really good and fresh). Service is good, I frequent this Chili’s because its the better one in my area.

Our food was less than great this time,my bun was burnt and not very good but Jesse took good care of us. She’s definitely a keeper and deserves a raise!
Also,salad comes in a small bowl and is hard to toss. Needs a bigger bowl or a plate as I asked for one and made it much easier.

The food was mediocre at best. Service was pretty good, our waitress Jessie was friendly and attentive. I recommend you don’t order steak from here. The cooks seem to struggle with it. My daughter ordered a steak cooked medium, and it was so overcooked it was hard to cut into. We asked if she could have a new steak and after waiting forever it came back almost blue rare. Clearly not medium. The waitress offered to have it fixed, but by this time, we didn’t want to wait longer so we just took the steak home to finish cooking ourselves. No manager ever came to check on us or to apologize for the twice incorrectly cooked steak. My burger was ok. Kind of dry, but at least it was cooked. Overall don’t recommend this Chili’s

We went tonight me my husband and his friend. me and my husband got chicken tenders +fries the chicken tenders weren’t great at all but we usually aren’t ones to speak up but this night his friend spoke up for us and the server was super understanding and she removed it from our bill we were going to pay for it but she insisted since we didn’t have a bill at the end his friend paid on the kiosk and we were going to leave her a $20 tip for being so kind but his friend was doing the survey and put excellent for service and the next tab was “would you return” and i guess he pressed neutral and then skipped the survey and she ended up calling us out about it he tried to explain what he put on the survey but she didn’t listen to what he was saying and continued talking about it.. i usually don’t leave reviews but i thought this was a time i should considering me and my husband were really understanding of the situation and we didn’t even want to cause any problem to begin with and even offered to still at for the meal. i thought we were being really nice about it and at the end it was just kind of uncalled for and made us feel pretty bad since she called us out while being behind the bar so other people definitely heard. his friend left service excellent, then the “would you return” as neutral and then skipped for the sole reason it was late and we were just ready to go. advice to our server would be if you’re staring down someone’s surgery and you see something marked don’t assume it was about you. it was about the food quality which isn’t your fault and calling a customer out about it is just unprofessional. i’m still giving 4 stars for service because of the service we received before the end. we still were kind enough to leave a decent tip even after that happened.

With it being a Friday night, I was not surprised how long the wsit was but our appetizer took a while to come out. Other then that, it was so enjoyable, I loved the food. It tasted quite well, the other person I was with sayed the ribs where cooked very well. The servers where extremely friendly and made sure we and other tables had everything we needed. We where given a option to pay way before we left and I generally enjoyed that option. Rather than most places stare us down before we attempt to leave. Our server was even kind enough to put my desert very well packed for a too go. Instead of throwing everything together, things where in separate containers. I will definitely come back.

The dessert was delicious and the chips and salsa were good and plentiful. The rest of the food tasted like it came from the frozen food section at the Walmart in the back. Nothing special. We got the 3 for Me so the price was reasonable. But there are other places in town we’d prefer. Our waitress was great, and we had interaction with a couple of other waitresses who were also friendly, that’s ALWAYS a plus.

Food and service is always great at this particular establishment. The people at the bar are on top of everyone for food/drinks during lunch and dinner hours. Additionally, the many hard working waiters/waitresses/cooks have gone unnoticed, minorly tipped for their hardwork, but are spoken in bad terms because of a misunderstanding, busy night, etc.

The only complaint my party and I had was the music was extremely loud to the point where we could barely hear our waitress during the ordering process and it also interfered with our conversation during our meal. It was vocal music and it was very loud. Soft background music instrumental only is much preferred in a restaurant.
