swung by for lunch, didnt look until i got to work as i was on a schedule and my frappe was still completely frozen with little toppings even though i ordered ahead of time. not only that but there was no direction for the people waiting on their orders and i almost witnessed a wreck in result of this. the guy that handed me my food and frappe was all work and no play, didnt smile or even say thank you have a nice day nothing. just handed me my stuff and shut the window. ill be going out of my way to go to a different mcdonald’s from here on out.

I never got serviced. I went for breakfast around 8:30am. Went to drive thru. Nothing. Waited.. Nothing. Heard the other side order being taken so I thought maybe mines was broken so I of course pulled over there especially happy because I was the last and only at each mic. I still didn’t get any response whatsoever. Tried pulling up the line wasn’t moving so I left to the university location closet by the parkway. Not the one by cheddars!! Was serviced immediately in and out in less than five minutes. THEY WILL GET MY MONEY. I’LL DRIVE THAT FAR FOR FAST FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here three times and it has been a debacle every time. They are super slow and are constantly messing up people’s orders. This morning it took 25 minutes to get hotcakes. Another lady came in from the drive-thru because they put sausage on her bagel instead of bacon. They made her another one with sausage. She said this is supposed to be bacon and they said I thought you wanted sausage. They threw away two sausage bagels before they got her order right.

Don’t use your app here unless you want to overcharged! Ordered a grinch meal and used points for a happy meal for my child. I get to the speaker and they don’t have the socks. Okay cool, so I asked if I was going to be credited and not charged for the whole meal? They said only thing they could do is cancel my order. Okay, and what happens to my points? They told me I would need to call corporate! So my real choices were over pay for a meal I wasn’t receiving or get refunded for the meal but lose my points I used on the happy meal?? I highly doubt I was the first to have this problem today and I won’t be the last (since the grinch meal is so popular right now). It’s not even that they didn’t have the socks! It’s what do you mean you have no real solution when someone orders on the app? With how heavy the app is pushed, I feel it was pure rudeness and laziness

I am fed up with this location. The service is unprofessional and poorly organized. They keep missing items in my orders and do not follow the instructions I select.

I specifically ordered a burger, chicken, and fries and requested fresh food. I received the order in under two minutes. When I asked the manager if it was freshly cooked, she said yes, but the fries were clearly not fresh and the fryer oil did not look clean.

I checked the bag and confirmed the food was not fresh. I requested a full refund. Although the refund was issued, the manager became upset.

The bathroom was also very dirty and had a horrible smell. This reflects very poor maintenance and cleanliness standards.

This is unacceptable. I continue to experience missing items almost every time I order. The training and quality control at this location need serious improvement. I will not be returning.

Today this mcdonald’s was the nastiest place I have been. I placed order on the app and when I got there the first thing I saw was the trash everywhere. I had to wait for my food because they couldn’t find it. I counted 7 people behind the counter so the place should not have been this nasty. The floors were sticky in some areas and slick in others. Behind the counter there were fries and trash on the ground. They weren’t busy or short handed so this place should have been cleaned. I wanted my money back but supposedly if you order on the app there is no refund. I know you have to pay entitled people more just to work but maybe they need to actually work. Last is to the people that left there trash everywhere. Shame on you

there were about 15 workers and maybe 4 of them were actually working. one worker had to basically do everything while i saw all these other ones just on their phone and just doing nothing while there was like 5 people in the lobby waiting for their food. i personally had to wait almost 30 minutes for nuggets and fries. one worker even said “you’d get your food faster if you ordered curbside”. this used to be the only mcdonald’s i went too but now i don’t even want to come back.

I placed my order through the mobile app, 15 minutes before arriving. They are (consistently) slow in getting food in the lobby out in a timely fashion. Bags sit at staging while food is ready in the chute, with no one there to bag it.

Once drive-thru is clear, they’ll (poorly) bag multiple inside orders at once, causing orders to be wrong. WORST McDonald’s in Huntsville…if it weren’t so close to my job, I’d stop coming all together. Ridiculous.

Yall need to be getting it together pour freaking service waited in drive for 10 mins no answer the management needs to step it up. It bad service and then I get to the window no customer service or hello sorry for the wait or something who ever the manager was on tonight shift 5/2/2025 around 10:56pm needs to have better service for customers and not be rude about it and tell me to go back around in the drive thru.

Fast service, it drive through drive through only. The menu board had been shot or punched. It needs to be replaced. Got my food and order correct. I will say the tea tasted like pure syrup. It was so sweet I couldnt even drink it.
Update: It has been so much better, even customer service has improved which says a lot. It is a very busy Mc Ds for sure. Just got breakfast for my boys this morning abd caramel frappe. They were very pleased, total inky 24$
