Don’t come here unless you want cold food and no manager in sight. Came in for a birthday dinner and the chicken Alfredo was cold and it took our waitress forever to comeback and check on us. By that time I was ready to go and didn’t want them to remake it , and she said let me go get the manager. Nope. No manager came, but they made me pay 12 dollars for a salad that I didn’t eat. So in reality they only lost 5 dollars. Seemed to be more worried about the money than the service! Go elsewhere!

Received a gift card for the holidays, so I decided to treat my lady and myself to a nice dinner. We were sat immediately and served by the most friendly and kind server I’ve seen in a long time. She had a great attitude and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that she had just finished her training and this was her first solo shift. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. If you haven’t tried the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo it is amazing. Great experience and will be back!

My husband and I stopped going to Olive Garden after significant time had passed since the reduced Covid menu remained. By chance we ate there last weekend for a 10 o’clock dinner only because the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. Olive Garden closes at 11 PM and we were met with a polite and enthusiastic host. Our young servers, (Austin a Rockwall resident) attitude and demeanor made for a wonderful experience. We were his last customers after a 14 hour day and also his last table of the season before moving to Austin to continue his education at UT. Words can’t express how attentive and pleasant he was with every detail! He shines in stark contrast to being met with unenthusiastic, uninterested or even sometimes rude employees of businesses today. I wish companies would take a little extra time to show how much a good attitude in representing someone’s business makes all the difference in making loyal customers. Companies will be lucky to have Austin in the future, and we wish him all the luck with his education. Although I prefer a better price point and a smaller portion, the food seemed fresh and very tasty. The portions were very large and almost all of the old favorites have returned to the menu. We will try Rockwall Olive Garden again in the future.

Very loud unless you sit in the booths near the bar on a Saturday for lunch. Food was reasonably priced and delicious. We had bottomless soup and salad and make your own pasta. The one new thing for me was the mushroom sauce. Let me just say it was delicious! Our waiter was excellent and boy was he busy!

We waited 18 minutes for a refill of soup and salad. She brought a bowl of Alfredo for the breadsticks and the bread sticks came out 11 minutes after. You all know once it’s cold it’s like paste. The first round of soups were room temperature. I asked for a new bowl of hot Alfredo and she said I thought they brought it. As she is looking at the pasty Alfredo sauce. The second round was no better. The hottest thing that came out was the meatball appetizer. The atmosphere was extremely loud. No ask if we wanted refills on our drinks (tea and water) Very disappointed and won’t be coming back anytime soon. They were not slammed there were 7 empty tables/booths in our section so not sure what the issue is. She brought the wrong soup and then she is like “oh” we had to recall it! She did receive a tip. Which she probably already saw because she closed us out. She offered us breadsticks and soup to go and brought the wrong soups. Won’t be back!! Need to step up their game if they want us to dine here again.

Worst experience ever! Food was cold regarding the soup and meatballs. Waitress took for ever on bringing us simply breadsticks. And when asked for anything to go she brought the wrong soup and said it would take a few mins, which took longer and never came back. We left.

This was such a horrible experience. The waitress was just horrible, they brought a broken glass the first time. The refill literally had a chocolate floating in it. When I pointed it out to the waitress she laughed. She seemed so bothered by everything we were asking? I will not be returning, and will make sure to tell my friends and family not to go there as well.

The service, salad, bread sticks and soup are, as always, great. What made this special was I wanted a variation of a menu item and they happily accommodated. It was soooo good! Definitely top on my list of restaurants in this area.
