When you walk in you can immediately smell the food, and it’s good, good service, amazing horchata, good music and fair prices. The only thing I notice it was that there was a mess on the floor under our booth, it just makes you think that the place I’m eating is not clean. I didn’t say anything cause I work in customer service and I didn’t want to be a pain in the butt. It would’ve been nice if the hostess checked the place before she sat us there because there were more tables available.

The waitress was super knowledgeable of the menu amd able to help curate meals tailored to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan) with a breeze. This was helpful and appreciated.

Update: 6/2025- Food was good. Customer service lacked. We didn’t get served the complimentary chips and salsa. There was no coffee. They said their coffee machine had been out of order for 3 months! Why can’t they fix it with the amount of business they get. Or even buy a cheap coffee machine to keep their returning customers like us. Very disappointed. Lowering this review one star.
Authentic Mexican food with large portions. Chips, salsa and bean dip served. Chilaquiles plate was good, kind of generic, not spicy. Will return to try other dishes.

Our waiter Mario was very nice and patient with my friends and I. The food was very delicious and their chips with beans and salsa were very good. The variety of food they offer is hard to choose from. It all looks so delicious. We all ordered different dishes. We were all extremely happy with the food and service. The place is just fabulous.

July 2024 my wife and I stopped at Bonito Guadalajara to enjoy some enchiladas, fajitas and cold beers. The staff was great always came to ask if we needed anything excellent service. Food was delicious along with the cold beers.

Chips, green medium heat salsa and beans came upon arrival. Two Margaritas were good after asking to replace them due to tasting like only simple syrup initially. Chicken fajita meal and three enchiladas shredded beef dinner was good. Overall we enjoyed the meal. It was fairly expensive meal with drinks; $63.00 plus the tip.

The food was flavorless but super salty at the same time if that makes sense. I got the potato and beef rolled tacos and my bf got the ranchera. His meat had zero flavor or marinade and mine was covered in salt. The place was super clean the the staff was so nice.
