We had such a great time at Oops Bowling Alley! From the moment we walked in, Juanita and Courtney took amazing care of us. Their customer service was on point friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun.
The lanes were clean, the food came out hot and delicious, and the adult beverages definitely hit the spot. The whole atmosphere made for an easy, enjoyable night out.

Recently switched to Oops Alley for my main league bowling. It is now the night I look forward to the most thanks to the atmosphere and staff on top of the bowling. Taira always knows what I want and serves everyone with a positive attitude and a smile.
Whoever is working the front desk is always an for a quick fix on any issues that pop up during league. Will look to join more nights here during the next league season.

Only had the pizza and it was a typical frozen pizza. I dont know about any other choices. What made it so great was the staff were amazing. I took my 2 year old grandson for his first time bowling and the staff made sure he had everything he needed. Definitely will return.

We hosted our holiday party at Oops Alley, and Juanita and Courtney were absolutely fabulous! They took such great care of our group from start to finish. The catering was delicious, the drinks were made perfectly, and the bowling and pool experience was so much fun!
The entire venue was super clean, the customer service was outstanding, and the whole team made the night seamless and enjoyable. Highly, highly recommend hosting your next event here or just coming out for a great time. You won’t be disappointed!

We had absolutely THE BEST graduation party. Juanita made everything wonderful for us. We rented the large room two months in advanced. Juanita went over all the details before hand. I confirmed food choices a week ahead with Alex. The day of the party, we arrived an hour early and the room was already setup for us to decorate. Juanita checked in on us and kept us informed throughout the event. The teens even wanted to add an hour to their bowling because they were having so much fun! It was not a problem to add the extra hour. Pizza was hot & fresh. The veggie tray and meat cheese tray were plenty for our group. Juanita even put a cute Congrats on the lanes for my daughter. I really cannot say enough about how easy Juanita made everything! Would most definitely have another party here in the future.

Great bowling alley! This location is one of my favorite bowling alleys in the Pace and Pensacola area. You have the option to pay by the game and pay by the hour and the prices are reasonable. The snack stand is pretty good too! The arcade is a lot of fun as well!

I had an awesome experience at the bowling alley thanks to Jayla, Taira, and Sarah! All three of them were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole night smooth and fun. Taira was super welcoming, Jayla went out of her way to help us with a lane issue, and Sarah checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed at the bar. You can tell they really care about great customer service. Definitely a 5-star team!

Taira is the best bartender by far ! Love everything about her she makes the place great to come to ! The kitchen on the other hand can different . Very very long wait times and don’t except your basket for fries to have more than 10 fries and expect chewy chips …overall good place !
