I am so upset. I just paid over $10 for my food, the service was terrible and when I finally got back to my car to eat I realized the asada quesadilla was ridiculous with only a few pieces of thinly sliced meat and already cold. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

This place wreaks! Call a friggen plumber! It’s been going on since last year. The food quality has gone down and the employees are unnecessarily rude. The food used to be so good and actually looked like the picture when they first opened, now the asada is thinly sliced and tough and the portions are ridiculously small. If you don’t change, I’m sure you’ll be going out of business soon.

First time I’ve ever been here. I won’t come back. Their online menu items look nothing like what you actually get. The portions for what you pay also look nothing like the menu items. The asada looks like deli asada, not chopped taco asada. Definitely won’t eat here again.

This my first review on anything ever… I HAD to though on this last visit. IT STUNK SO BAD‼️ I used to love this spot. But idk who they have workin there now. But they all gotta go. Doordash order for pickup took over 40min. When it was time to pick up? STILL wasn’t ready. Wasn’t even made. Which I’m glad cause the cashier lady (younger girl) just looked like a deer in headlights. No sorry. Nothing. And not to mention the smell ! .. idk if it was old meat or beans or the employees but man it smelled like sewer poop water! Total turnoff. Shut this location downnnn or hire a new staff cause this ain’t it.

Had the worst experience yesterday! I ordered the menudo for the first and last time… For one, I waited 30 minutes on the side of the car line for one item. And when I got home (15 minute ride) I served and burned my tongue. The soup was super hot. This was around 1pm. It’s 8:30pm the next day and my tongue is still bad. I couldn’t eat it, not to mention the whole container was all liquid. Worst $20 spent!

As a customer, I was quite dismayed by several issues that I believe warrant your attention. ¹Firstly, upon entering the premises, I was immediately struck by a very unpleasant odour that was difficult to ignore. This led me to almost leave the establishment before even placing an order. It is baffling to me that a business in the hospitality sector would neglect such a fundamental aspect of customer experience.
Secondly, I found the service at the register to be less than satisfactory. It was neither efficient nor welcoming, which further detracted from what should have been an enjoyable dining.
