This place is ripping people off I paid ten bucks for a big Mack this is the second time now mind you, the meat is as thin as the cheese and smaller then the diameter of it the first time my meat was the size of a silver dollar. This time as u can see the bread is almost half uncovered. Fries are only a third the container they come in. Getting fed up with the rip off. Customer service is good the cook has a mouth and should be fired.

I went thru late last night. Was told I’d have to wait for my 2 spicy chicken to cook, no problem… 5+ minutes later, I get handed my bag. Stupid naive me, kinda just expected it to be right. Oh no. No spicy chicken, the 2 mcchicken and French fries were “luke warm” at best. When I attempted to call, both last night and all day today, no answer and “the Verizon call cannot be completed as dialed”

All the ladies here were so so nice! We got $6 of the bag meals, they organized it to give to our kids so easy! Didn’t forget anything, put all the sauces in. Then gave us a few extra bags in case we wanted to make them their own bags to not just be handing out a lot of food over everyone! Everything was fresh! I would definitely go back.

Ok so here it is everyone. Me and my dad had been working all morning and decided to stop into this McDonald’s to get something to eat. We ordered at 1:28pm we went got us a table and waited for our order to be called out. 22 minutes go by and no one called our order out. We watched 6 people come in order a meal bigger then ours and got theirs almost right away. Finally I decided to go ask what’s taking our order so long. Wouldn’t you know it. It was setting on the counter in the doordash spot. The drink machine smells like mold and trash. The lobby is dirty and the manager was rude.

Awful service. Not sure which McDonald’s is worse foley or orange beach. Waited 35 min in the drive thru. Heard from the drive thru attendant once. After canceling our online pickup order, we pulled around to the pickup window to find the girl just glued to her phone. I can’t believe a restaurant would hire such an incompetent staff. I understand when you’re busy, it takes some time. It doesn’t take 35 min to make a hamburger and fries. This review could have been avoided however, the communication or lack there of was absurd. This place is a dumpster fire

I am deeply disappointed with my order today. When I arrived at my office and opened my meal, I realized it was incomplete the French fries were missing, and the chicken strips were extremely overcooked. They were dark brown, dry, and had a slightly burnt taste.
I checked the app to report the issue, but it only says to call the store for any concerns. Unfortunately, I cannot return to the store to pick up the missing items, so that part of my order ended up being lost money.

Terrible. Used the app. When I got there I submitted the number for curbside. Sat for almost 15 minutes; went inside where no one would make eye contact nor speak. I stood there with others; mostly Uber eats or some delivery service. I finally heard one of the workers in the back say something about a curbside order. I spoke up and said I have an order. She finally brought me my 2 breakfast sandwiches and said I’ll get your coffee. 5 minutes later I finally get the coffee. All told I was there 35-40 minutes. Layer when I emptied my coffee cup to throw it away, there was about 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds in the bottom. I hope it was accidental but I wonder.

The most disgusting, slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my life. Really a black eye for OWA. Do not eat here. Disgusting cold food that tastes days old and takes 20 minutes to be served. Who ever owns this spot should be ashamed of themselves.
