Took our grandson here for a “fancier” Italian food experience. We did not have to wait long to be seated. Our server was busy but friendly. Breadsticks and salad were refilled as needed throughout our visit here. Our food arrived hot and fresh. We got the tiramisu for dessert- it did not disappoint.

Loved the salad, soup, and bread sticks. Went to dinner with my husband and 2 kids for a special occasion. The server was great at the beginning of our meal but trailed off after we got our food. I would have liked having them come refill a drink. We just paid at the little device on the table and left. Had potential to be a better experience for sure. And previous times visiting have been better.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday. There was about nine of us. We didn’t wait for seating and we had two waitresses. We never had to ask for anything, the service was quick and attentive. It was my 1st time having the Shrimp& Chicken Carbonara. It was really good. I got a side of asparagus and chopped them up and added to the dish. So good! (Excuse my son!)

We did not have a pleasant dining experience. Hostess seemed to be more interested in talking with coworker than seating customers. Service was not only slow but very poor. My wife is a celiac and we go here knowing she can get a full meal without getting sick. Not sure the server had a clue what celiac is. She brought a salad with no dressing never ask, their dressing is gluten free. Bread sticks plain no butter or garlic which a celiac cannot eat bread so I ate them plain because I didn’t want any more confusion by sending them back.My wife ordered a steak medium well. They finally got it right the 3rd time. I ordered soup and I think she forgot that I ordered it. Finally reminded her after the steak had been served and sent back for recooking. Took forever to get our water(our only drinks) and never refilled until our meal was almost finished. I will say the two soups I tried were very good and the manager did comp the steak after bringing it out the 3rd time. We did not ask for this and it was a surprise I did not expect. I have noticed the last few times we have been there the service is going steadily downhill.

This Olive Garden is one of the best ones I’ve been too. Our server Jean was so personable and always made sure we were taken care of! The atmosphere wasn’t a tacky nice Italian restaurants like some of the other locations, but genuinely a nice atmosphere. The food is delicious and they offer gluten free pasta. Also their bigger table is circular for a bigger group so you can talk with everyone in your group versus a rectangular style. Overall, highly recommend!

We dined in on Saturday before Mothers Day. We had a party, and two servers. They took our drink orders together, then two people were brought their non alcoholic drinks. Others without alcohol, still waiting on a water with lemon, coke, and kids drinks. Received our drinks at 2nd half of table, she takes our food order. She doesn’t take the rest of the tables order and the other server isn’t to be seen for another 15 minutes. The other half of the table uses the kiosk to order an appetizer, which they received then got their orders taken. 2nd half of tables food comes out which is the pictures.. I paid $4 extra for 4 slices of chicken?! My friend paid $4 extra for a crusty piece of chicken that we hit against the table and it shattered. We tell the waitress and she says she’ll get it fixed, not her fault I feel bad. Second half of table gets their food, still waiting on the appetizer my half had ordered from the kiosk before our food order was placed. A boy brings out a plate of chicken, then the waitress asked if that was 1 or 2 sides of chicken, he says “I don’t know” and walks away.. she says “let me go find out”. It’s been 15 minutes at this point, still waiting on the water with lemon mentioned at the beginning and had mentioned 3 times!!! We grab a manager because our food should have been remade not a piece of chicken given to us so we can pick out the crusty old chicken ourselves. Manager remakes friends pasta and brings it out, NO CHICKEN ON IT!! But then tells my sister she’s not remaking it and to take some of the chicken we received I had mixed into my food because we had NO COMMUNICATION STILL!!!!! absolutely horrible experience for $35 just by myself. I understand you were busy, but taking orders together and bringing food out together and FRESH is bare minimum for a paying customer. Do better!!

My boyfriend and I came in for dinner. Emily and another young lady, her name tag kept twisting, welcomed and seated us. They even asked how our night was.
Our server was Leslie and she was such fun! She joked and laughed with us. Really made it a personalized dinner. We observed the other servers doing something similar which is not done at every olive garden. Hallie bought us our food as a rather large party had leslie unable to bring it to us. (It was warm and cooked very well.)
We had such an enjoyable experience that I am looking forward to coming back in the future.

Do not get delivery! They split the UberEats driver’s tip evenly and give half to the Olive Garden ToGo specialist. I understand about wait times because of the holiday. But the Uber Eats driver picked up my food and drove around with it in their vehicle for an hour. My food was cold when I received it. Olive Garden didn’t give me any sauce for the donuts.
I called twice and was sent through to the employee who oversees the take-out orders, but they wouldn’t answer my calls.
I thought I would give it a shot, but delivery was a huge fail.
