This McDonald’s drive-thru is a complete disgrace. I came here for a quick meal and instead got slapped with the most pathetic excuse for service imaginable. The staff move at the speed of a broken elevator and treat customers like background noise. They don’t listen, they don’t care, they don’t even try.
At the window stood a guy who looked Indian and a girl with dark hair — both of them acting like speaking to a customer was beneath them. They didn’t pay attention to a single word I said. I’m literally ordering food, repeating myself twice, and they’re too busy chatting with each other, laughing, and ignoring the fact that customers are waiting outside in their cars. You could scream your order into the speaker and they would still miss it, because they’re more focused on their conversations than doing their job.
When they finally handed me the bag, the food was cold, sloppy, and thrown together like trash. The fries were limp, the burger was a joke, and the whole thing looked like it was prepared by people who simply do not give a damn.
Management needs to wake up and deal with this mess immediately. These employees need retraining, discipline, or straight-up replacement, because the way they treat customers is unacceptable. If the administration doesn’t take this seriously, they might as well SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!
