Like everyone else I read reviews first and looked at the pictures. The food looked amazing that’s why my husband and I decided to eat here. We parked our truck at the truck stop next door and was happy how convenient this place was to where we parked. Honestly, I thought this restaurant was going to be big with booths, waitresses, waiters, cooks, and bartenders like a Mi Casitas or something. Once we walked in it looked like a small cafe spot with about 8 or 9 tables and chairs. No booths. One cashier and one cook. We didn’t feel like going anywhere else so we decided to stay. There was a lot to choose from on the menu and everything looked good. We started out with the Queso frito ( fried cheese). It was so delicious I got some to go and it comes with a sweet dipping sauce. The best I’ve tried anywhere! My husband got a Diet Coke and I got the Passion Fruit Mojito. It was so flavorful with beautiful and tasty garnishes. Another must try! We both got the ribs with two sides. His with fries and veggies mine with rice & pigeon peas and sweet plantains plus I added a lobster ( because I haven’t had one in a while and was happy they had it on the menu). Our food was chefs kiss! I was shocked that all of that plus others in the restaurant was made by one cook. Customer service was on point, drinks and food on point. I was amazed! Never judge a book by its cover. This is definitely going on the favorites list!

The food was good, but when I commented that the pork rinds with avocado were hard and rubbery, not crispy, regarding the quality of the pork rinds with avocado, the waitress didn’t listen to my complaint. She didn’t care; she turned away and ignored what I said about the pork rinds being hard. She has no tact or ability to listen.

This is the third time coming into town and no matter what hotel we stay, we always plan to come to Grillers for dinner in our trip shenanigans. The food makes me wish we live close by ! We just left this restaurant, already thinking of coming back tomorrow to order to go empanadas. My son ordered chicken tender and fried plantains, my hubby ordered grilled chicken mofongo and i order froedchicken with rice and beans and sweet plantains. We also ordered frappe coco and mango lemonade. We reccommended this placeto visit even if your order to go because you will not regret it. Place is by a trucking stop we might came in a lucky time because somethings tells me they are crowded at times

Loved the food. The Sancocho had very little broth and a lot of plantains. I prefer more broth but if you like mofongo it should be no problem. Everything was very tasty and the staff was very friendly. They even came around and took our pictures.

My friend got this and he said the service was 10/10 amazing and the actual restaurant was nice, but 3 bites into this sandwhich he was in the bathroom and everyone else in the bathroom was having the same issue and had just eaten too (one had a soup and just finished it so it wasn’t all the same thing). Not sure what happened with the food but it was toxic to the intestines. Took a bit to recover afterwards due to the upset stomach.

I visited Grillers with my mom and my sister we had a wonderful experience. Jessica was a great server, very attentive and friendly. The place was nice and clean, and the food was delicious. My mom was craving morcilla and was so happy with it. My sister and I shared the mofongo with steak, empanadilla de pulpo, and empanadilla de pollo which was absolutely tasty. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Really nice , authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine ! I wasn’t sure what I was walking into but I am very glad I stopped in! The only thing I could say is that the white rice could’ve been softer but that’s a personal preference, not enough to knock off a star for ! Very good portions 10/10!

Holy cow! This place is awesome. If you want real Puerto Rican food, this is the place. The alcapurrias de jueyes are amazing! The mofongo is so delicious. The conch cocktail was so incredible! I strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The service was top notch.
