Solid place to grab a drink and watch a game. Service was great with friendly staff. Good menu of bar favorites and fried food if you’re hungry. Cocktails were firm with a nice selection of beer. Lots of adults but kids are ok there too. A couple pool tables in the back. Outdoor seating is available. The vibe is mildly divey, sports bar in a strip mall. Prices are good. Parking is good. Overall good place..

Our visit to Tailgaters was a bit of a mixed experience. When we arrived, the place was nearly empty, just a few people playing pool and a couple of folks at the bar, so we figured service would be quick. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Despite being the only table, it took about 40 minutes to get nachos (without meat) and roughly 45 minutes for fried mozzarella and another appetizer. The food itself was just okay, pretty average bar fare, but definitely not worth the long wait.
The silver lining was our server, who did her best and stayed friendly and attentive throughout, even though the kitchen seemed to be running on island time. The bar also deserves a shoutout for getting drinks out quickly. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but the painfully slow food service really dragged down what could’ve been a much better experience.

We ordered our food as a takeout. First, we were allowed to order something but they did not have. Secondly, when our food came it was so disgusting. We ended up throwing it all away. We wouldn’t even give it to our dogs because we were afraid we’d make them sick. The french fries were raw, doughy, the breading on the fish was soggy lacked flavor, the chicken was gritty, potato tots were disgusting and I can’t even begin to explain about the onion rings.
Definitely do not waste your time nor your money go in there. The food is not worth it.

I ordered take out on the restaurant website. When my husband got there to pick up our food, they acted like they didn’t even have ordering on their website. Even when presented screenshots of our order receipt email and my bank app where the money had been charged, they acted like we made up the order. The owner/manager tried to scam my husband into leaving without the food we paid more than $45 for. When he finally got them to make the food we ordered and he got it home, it was completely inedible. The Chicken Cobb Salad smelled weird, had brown avocado, and burned chicken; the onion rings were burned gigantic hunks of onion, and the fried mushrooms were so salty my mouth still feels burned (see pictures). We’ve eaten here before and enjoyed it but never again. This experience was completely miserable. In addition, it wasn’t as if it was very busy. The whole restaurant had three servers and a bartender for two tables…on a Friday night at 6:30.
And when my husband asked to speak to someone, it turned out the owner had left without even resolving his concerns.
We’ve both worked in the service industry for many years and understand what it takes to do right by customers. But we also know what it looks like when ownership truly doesn’t care at all. There was no part of this experience that made us feel valued or respected as customers. Save your time, money, and energy and go somewhere else.

My family and I went the establishment because we had passed it several times on our way to our daughters softball games and thought it looked like a nice place to try. When we entered, the place was not that busy. Hindsight I found it strange, because the Cowboys were on TV and it’s a bar. We chose to sit on the patio where “no smoking, no vaping” signs were posted on the doors, window and fence. However, the patio was littered with full ash trays on multiple tables.
After sitting down, we were told by the server that there would be a 10 minute wait before we could put our order in, because the kitchen was, “on hold for ten minutes to catch up.” Okay. Not a huge deal since we needed to look at the menu since it was our first visit. Server came back about ten minutes later and took our order. My two youngest children shared an order of 12 wings. When we ordered the wings, the server asked if we would prefer the flats, the drummies or a mix. We chose the drummies. My wife ordered a cheeseburger. My son ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered chicken strips. The chicken strips were my third choice because my first two choices, the fiery shrimp were no longer on the menu and a buffalo chicken pizza, which I was told, “that’s going to take a long time to make.” My family and I waited for about 40 minutes to receive our entrées. The food came out hot. The burgers were okay and the chicken strips and wings were average as well. We had asked for the Asian chili flavor, but were told they were out of it. When the server brought out our check, we noticed that we were incorrectly charged for the drummies as the menu stated $16.99. When asked about the price not matching the menu, we were told it was due to picking drummies only instead of picking a mix. We were not informed up front about this “upcharge” (odd since drummies are typically less expensive than wings). After we handed off our card to pay, our bank alerted us to two charges from the establishment. When we checked the receipt, we noticed there was an included 20% gratuity added, which made the difference in the two separate charges. When asked, we were told there was an automatic gratuity on parties of five or more. This again, was not stated on their menu or by the server. We would have tipped more even after poor service and long wait had 20% not been decided for us. After spending, more than $100 for a meal, I just expected a little bit better service and upfront upcharges. We do not expect anything for free, but do not approve of sneaky tactics/hidden charges.

We were staying at a hotel near by and thought we would try it out. The atmosphere was fun and the bar tenders were friendly. The food was good. The cheese steak egg rolls were really good.

Ordered various items. The food came out quickly. Everything tasted really good. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was very clean. I did like how the bar area and dining area were separated but still very accessible. There’s a small arcade area, too. I’m definitely coming back.

$4 for not even a half full box of fries, it took 40 minutes for a takeout order that was told would take “15 minutes”, the order we did receive was incorrect for two of the three burgers, the meat was way overcooked/dry, and the boxes the burgers were in were clearly dirty. I usually LOVE Jake’s, but this location needs work.

I only gave 3 Star Rating due to overall experience. I’m sure others will love End Zone. The food was surprisingly delicious. The fish tacos were so good, I want to go back today and order them again. The Artichoke Dip was very tasty as well. The bartender Brittany was very nice with a great personality. If End Zone did a fresh of the establishment, it would get 5 Stars. For me, it felt old dark and dated. Not bad, just not my cup of tea.
