Bad experience due to poor service. I use the drive-through because it’s supposed to be faster, but I got stuck in a line that didn’t move. I finally just ordered a coffee, and after paying they told me they were going to take a while, and asked me to park around the corner and wait. After almost 10 minutes, I got out of my vehicle and went inside the store. I waited even longer for an employee to show up, who finally asked about my coffee after I explained that I was told to wait. The coffee was there, ready, but no one had brought it out. All I got was a “sorry.” Terrible service and customer care.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been in. I placed an order online and went in to eat so my food would be just about ready when I got in the store. I was asked if I was Doordash when I entered the store. I stated that I had an online order. The counter person didn’t say anything and walked away. More and more people came into the lobby and unless they had a doordash order were not being helped. After about 25 minutes of waiting, I went to the counter and waited for another 5 minutes for someone to say something. 5 different workers walked by not acknowledging anyone in the lobby. I finally said something to the girl working the counter, about not having my order and her only words, “I’ll get the manager”. I spoke with the manager calmly explaining that it had been 30 minutes since I ordered and didn’t have my order. I gave her the order number and she couldn’t find the order. She did rectify the situation. The order wasn’t completely correct, but close. The shift manager was the saving grace for this store, but I would not recommend. I also heard several people come in from the drive thru who were missing items from their meals.

I drive deliveries for Uber and my car battery crashed just after picking up an order.

I never write reviews, but this time I will say something. I pretty much never have a problem with this location until now. This is NOT the first time I get ice cream here and I’m sorry, but this is dumb. I payed for a normal portion and they gave me so little. I asked them to add more because I payed money for this and they told me they can’t add more than 3oz. Later on I went to 2 different locations and asked for the same thing and they gave me to normal amount. I hate to be this person but I worked at restaurants, and fast food for over 5 years and this is not how customer service is done. It’s not that hard to go and add some more ice cream. I’m just not going to get ice cream here anymore and I recommend people to go to a different location if you don’t want to be cheated

The nice old lady working the cash register was so sweet and understanding. Made customers feel welcomed and was quick to take orders. However, the manager who was screaming at her to work faster needs to learn to be more professional or consider work elsewhere. Overall the service is great, the management is poor.

Unfortunately my food was lukewarm. It was New Years Eve and the restaurant was NOT prepared for the number of guests that arrived. First I waited in my curbside spot for 20 mins, a nice young man asked me if I was waiting for food. He advised they were closing the lobby and it may have been missed. Okay, 7 minutes later he reappeared with my food, albeit cold. Then there was this monster issue of leaving since all of their customers were now drive thru guests and the line went out to the street and directly behind the curbside parking, there was no way to maneuver to get out of the parking lot. Which I had addressed with the delivery employee. So I had to sit there another 15-20 minutes until one person was willing to let me back up and get turned so I could leave. I was not happy. And the cold food (which was cold upon delivery) was the cherry on top!

This location is consistently slow, even for the simplest orders like drinks. I’m almost always asked to pull forward and wait, which makes the drive-thru feel pointless. Based on almost all of my experiences and what many other customers have shared in reviews, there seems to be an ongoing issue with efficiency and staffing. This McDonald’s seriously needs better organization and management, because the service is frustrating and unreliable.

Food is average for what you expect McDonald’s to be.
Service is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes I order literally just a shake and it seems I am in the drive thru forever, but if I order 3 meals with different items and drinks it is super fast. Not always but you get the idea. To their credit I have not had an order wrong in a while.
