My family stopped by hoping for a comforting bowl of pho, but the experience was just okay overall. The food itself wasn’t very flavorful — the broth felt a bit flat, and it didn’t have that richness or depth you usually expect from a good pho spot. It wasn’t bad, just not memorable.
Customer service could also use improvement. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which definitely affected the overall vibe of the visit.

Ordered number 2, large. It’s okay, but not amazing. It’s just a typical pho spot that does the trick. I’d rate it higher if they added more beef and the price was a bit lower.

Pho was mid. Broth had little to no flavor. Soup was not even close to hot. Noodles were undercooked because the broth didn’t work its magic. Asked for cooked bean sprouts and it came raw. It was even noted on the receipt.
Service is below average. Low key rude. Barely sat down for 1 minute. The server will shake their head in disappointment when you’re not ready to order. They will not acknowledge that you when you have your hand raised and you constantly have to chase down someone when you need something.
Do they even wash the dishes here??? All the bowls either had sriracha or soup stains on it. I wish I was making it up. Lost my appetite before we even started eating. Super disappointed. Even the other Kevin’s locations are better than this one.

Well, it’s been years since I’ve eaten here last and it does have some mixed reviews. But we were seated quickly and menus came immediately as did water as requested. The waiter took our order very soon after our menu and the food came in fast in less than five minutes!! I had #31 beef stew with wide noodles and my partner ordered #55 b which was bbq pork with vermicelli and an imperial roll. They were both delicious and flavorful. My small bowl still had a lot of ingredients and the broth was excellent!! Can’t ask for much more than what!! We’ll be back for sure to try other dishes!

Vibe over food quality. It is convenient, fast, lively, big place that makes you happy when you walk in. Feels like every table around us ended up ordering the chicken wings and it hit a spot you did not needed to be filled, a spot usually filled by imperial rolls. Not a bad pho not a bad pho ga not a bad rice plate but nothing exceptional either. But a good time nonetheless.

Good:
– Me and my partner shared the #2 large with extra noodles – more than enough for the two of us!
– The soybean drink was delicious – super refreshing too.
– The portion sizes are great! So much food in 1 portion of food
Bad:
– Took a while to get seated and flag down the waiters, but we did get our food pretty quickly afterwards
– The place is packed and bustling, it’s hard to get the attention of the servers
– Very casual place to go and get food, nothing fancy vibes wise

Our go to place when my husband wants pho. We always order: #1 large noodles,22B (small) noodles and 35 rice plate. Also we would order Thai ice tea light on ice. Everytime we order our food, it’s the same. Good and not too expensive.

She is rude and telling me go to the table 6. I was just asking where is table number 6 because I don’t work at this place . She said there! there! with attitude and she left me. Damnn
I don’t expect anything about service from like this food place . But basic behavior is all I need. That’s it. No need to be good service because it is busy place and I work as a waitress too. So, I understand .
Manager you better tell your people to behave basic manners to human okay? Not customers because it’s okay. Just let them treat human with basic manners.

Great Viet hot, food with quick, attentive service. The restaurant is quite big and offers plenty of seating for larger groups, families, and solo. Frills free, all cutlery and sauces at the table. The rice shrimp rolls came out immediately, and soup noodles came out within minutes, we loved everything? Speing rolls and also my vermicelli. Flavors were good, broth was good (not salty and heavy like other places). Plenty if parking. We wkll be back. Enjoy!!

Was craving some Pho and stumbled upon this place. It was pretty packed at 2pm on a Wednesday but was seated immediately. The broth was decent and the small is actually a small unlike some other places so maybe a medium is more appropriate for adults.
I wouldn’t recommend the fried spring rolls. They were pretty dry even with the sauce.
Overall, not sure I’d come back, but judging from what other tables got, I think I should’ve ordered something with egg noodles.
