This place needs to stop misleading customers about its hours. I went at 11:45 PM because Google showed it open till 12 AM, the board outside said open till 1 AM, and Uber Eats was still taking orders. The door was open, food was displayed, and people were dining and picking up orders.
Yet when I tried to order a takeout, I was told “we’re closed.”
If you’re done serving, close the shop properly and update your hours. Don’t keep the place open and turn customers away, especially late at night when there are no other options.
I already had a poor experience here in the past and gave a bad review before, but I came again only because it was late and nothing else was available. Unfortunately, this was another disappointment.
Basic food quality aside, basic transparency and customer respect are missing. Until the management fixes their timing and communication, I wouldn’t recommend relying on this place.
However, there are some areas that need improvement. There is no wheelchair access, which also made it difficult to bring in a baby stroller. The men’s washroom was not well maintained, and the parking area has very limited slots. Also, the buffet did not include any drinks, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, the food and service were nice, but the facilities and cleanliness could definitely be improved.
and the quantity was noticeably less than
expected. We requested to talk to the Chef and he mentioned “we only serve one spoon of ‘Masala’for Masala Dosa”. Then we asked about the freshness of that Masala which he later admitted and said “Masala was made by noon”. Wouldn’t recommend unless there are improvements. If anyone is going there, please notice about the food freshness.
The mutton biryani did not feel like authentic biryani — it was more like oily rice with gravy and very little meat. The kothu paratha had several bone pieces, which is unusual and made it unpleasant to eat. The kili parota tasted okay, but the quantity was minimal and mostly bones rather than meat.
Overall, the portion size and quality did not justify the price. I hope the restaurant improves consistency and value for customers.
Very disappointing experience. The food was badly prepared, not fresh, and completely lacking taste. It did not justify the price at all. Definitely not what I expected
I hope the restaurant pays more attention to serving fresh food and maintaining better standards in the future.
Not recommending to anyone and won’t be going back again
The lady serving was nice and accepted the fact that chatti choru was not fresh and did took the dish back also replaced it with a kappa biriyani as requested , kappa biriyani was okay okay not bad not too good.
Honestly it’s very disappointing to see people running places like this.
I won’t be coming here anymore.
Adding pictures of the fish from chatti choru which was not fresh and the rest of the dish was taken back
