Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I love coming to Whataburger… but this place is horrible at customer service and the food is not made correctly. Very disappointed in this Whataburger… Came in to order a grilled chicken sandwich along with a large order of onion rings and a small drink. The pictures speak for themselves. I went to this restaurant to place my order to go since I was in the area heading home. Not only did it take over 7 minutes for someone to take my order but the place was empty not sure why the delay in service or food. The young lady took my order with an attitude and the manager was yelling at her employees. As I received my order I immediately left since the manager was the one who handed me my order and didn’t even ask did I need anything else. I asked for ketchup and napkins please she handed me 1 ketchup 2 napkins told her thank you and left. To my finding I did not receive a large order of onion rings and my sandwich was falling apart. Here I post pictures of my order. I did email Whataburger and sent pictures. This place needs it’s employees retrained and food needs to be done better. I spent $15 on a meal I did not get to enjoy. Next time you order look at your order before walking away. I should have looked at it before leaving.

To me, it’s a little ridiculous to have expensive coded door handles on their restroom doors. That’s used to discriminate against certain customers. I wonder if I would’ve had regular clothes on, and not scrubs.. Would they have given me the code?

I went earlier to get a number 5 and it was one of the best! Lady at the window was very nice and greeted me. Customer service has improved!

I’ve been going to Whataburger since I was a teenager but I didn’t realize how much the quality has declined over the years. It definitely depends on location because there are times I get the freshest most perfect meal and then their other times my food is thrown together or taste old. After eating at this location for over 2 years it is def one of the worst. I’m not sure what’s going on in there maybe they need to hire different people or retrain everybody on quality because every time I visit my experience is not good. I never complain I just eat my food and go on about my day.Next time I would rather drive an additional 10 minutes to another location for better quality food. If you are trying Whataburger for the first time DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Yoli was wonderful. The drive through lady was on it. The shift manager in over her head. No direction. Yoli was training a new person who needed direction. The other manager wasn’t aware it was taking 20 min to pass out orders. That spot was not filled while the young man was on break. My lunch was about 630pm shift manager was stingy with the ketchup. “I put 1 per bag” my burger needed some also besides my ff& rings. If Yoli didn’t fix it, I was canceling my order.

They can’t never get orders right and on top of that they take 15+ minutes for a single burger!!!! A SINGLE BURGER. This place needs to either get new people that are capable of flipping a burger or close down the location.

Food is great it’s exactly what you expect every single time. I waited 20 minutes for my food. I came in and Miaya was giving me attitude for wanting breakfast. I was in here by 10:55 but he took so long to take orders I missed out on breakfast. There was only one person a head of me. It was 11:00 on the dot and she said no more breakfast.

This isn’t a review on this Whataburger specifically, but all Whataburgers have gone downhill since they got bought up. They used to have in person service all night, now drive thru a take forever to get thru. All time favorites menu sucks now too. Whata is no longer a Texas treasure, it’s just a shitty fast food restaurant like every other place.

Food is always made to order. Not a crowded place. Staff is friendly,but management need to work on there people sckills. Don’t fire someone in the lobby for all to see.
