This is the second time we’ve been here. The first time was drive through. Their steak burgers were surprisingly delicious. It’s like the Midwest version of in-n-out. The second time we dined in, it was clean. The only thing I wanted We ordered ranch dressing but the food came with catchups.

So badly ran that the employees closed the store 4 hours early on a Friday night. If you do go on a night where all the stars align and they’re actually open it’s a minimum 45 minute wait for 1 burger. Clearly no one cares at this location, not even the franchise owner.

I don’t even want to give a full star, but I want to be able to leave a review. Both times my boyfriend and I have came to this location they always mess up the order. We get all the correct food but not made correctly. Today we got 2 Frisco melts with bacon and there was no sauce, we also got a western bbq n bacon cheeseburger and there was no onions at all and we got a garlic double steak burger and the was absolutely no garlic butter sauce making it the blandest burger ever. 2 of the sandwich’s were combo meals and the fries had no season what so ever, we had to season and put sauce on everything once we got home. We spent $42 for halfa*s made food.

Not sure how they stay in business. You have to ring up you own food. There are items on the menu they don’t actually carry. It takes extremely long time to get the food. When you do get it, it is cold. The ketchup dispensers don’t work.

Placed a simple order: One five way chili and onion rings. Got home and discovered cashier had handed me a bag of med fries.

Wow! Its been 9 months since I ate at this Burger spot. I was impressed today. It was more than $4 . It was fresh,the burgers were bigger. It was very good. 9 months ago not so much . I will have to come back one day.

Didn’t eat here. A female cook grabbed a raw bloody patty with a gloved hand then proceeded to grab cheese with the same gloved hand. Another male cook was itching his dreadlocks with his hand where they cook food. No thanks nasty workers.

The customer service always is horrible here through the drive thru. Walking in now is not any easier now since they have exchanged humans with machines to take your order! Horrible idea because I tried it, and they still got my order wrong and gave me someone else food on top of it! The management team would be better if they would work on working well together especially in front of customers! Since when do you throw keys to your team member that’s taking care of an upset customer through a busy store also with kids inside watching! All I can say is the women(didn’t catch her name) member of management was nice and handled things professionally. Uunlike the male member of management that throw the keys at her while she was taking care of me. Work on customer service and the rest will fall in place.
