My family and I had an incredible experience celebrating Father’s Day at LongHorn Steakhouse in Hanover. From the moment we walked in, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, including the store manager and assistant manager, went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was perfect. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made us feel special.

The first thing that happened is we walked in the door and was greeted with the most beautiful smile. After being seated a young lovely young lady came up to serve us. She explained everything on the menu. She informed us of ingredients that would be in our salads to confirm that we wanted all of them was very attentive and making sure that our drinks were refilled.
The food, oh my goodness, it was so incredibly delicious I’m still salivating and it’s 3 days later. I would say my meal was expensive except for the fact that I had leftovers for a total of three meals and a snack. The price was epically cheap.
The decor was LongHorn Steakhouse decor, with a few personal cool touches.
All five of us will definitely go back again

I took my son to this location for a nice meal out… But instead received some of the most lack luster, borderline rude service and food that I have had in recent times… We sat at the bar and the 2 bartenders couldn’t have possibly been more “put out” by our presence. They hardly spoke a word to us , and when they did actually speak, they did so with an obvious scowl on their faces.. My salad came out with no dressing on it, the $36 steaks were barely luke warm, almost room temperature as well as the french fries.. We were never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks.. or how our food was, or if the steaks were cooked properly.. Was never asked if we would like desert.. We had to repeatedly ask (3 times total) for our check.. The bartenders ( red head woman, and short guy with beard) then had the audacity to ask if we needed “change ” when presented with cash for the bill.. This will be the last time I go to this establishment.. If you’re thinking of going here.. Don’t.. Drive a half mile down the road to Texas Roadhouse, where they’re glad to see you and the food and service are head and shoulders above this place

They ALWAYS have GREAT BABY BACK RIBS.. I rarely do CARRY OUT. I ordered ONLINE.. and EVERYTHING WAS OVER THE TOP! I honestly was expecting a light container, etc. Wonderful packaging, and the loaded baked potato was also AMAZING! They also make GREAT CHEESEBURGERS!!

This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. I invited my entire family out to eat expecting a normal dinner, and instead it turned into a frustrating mess from start to finish.
My wife ordered baby back ribs and a BBQ chicken breast. What we were brought was two chicken breasts, and only after the food hit the table were we told, “Sorry, we don’t have the ribs.” No heads up. No asking if that was okay. No chance to choose something else. Just a decision made for us. If we had been told ahead of time, we would have ordered something completely different. That is basic common sense and basic service.
The wait was painfully long on top of that, and when we tried to address the issue, the server was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. When you’re hosting your family, this kind of treatment is embarrassing and infuriating.
LongHorn Steakhouse is supposed to be reliable. This location felt disorganized, careless, and completely uninterested in customer experience. We left annoyed, disappointed, and wishing we had gone anywhere else. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our New Years Eve dinner at Longhorn. The wait was 45 mins. + as expected for a table of 4. When our wait exceeded that, and my spot on the list (link connected to text) appeared to be 11th, I decided my kids and I will head somewhere else with faster service and try again another time. I approached the hostess to notify her and was assured we were only minutes away of being sat and that the link was oftentimes misleading. Grateful for this, we, of course, stayed. Our meal was surprisingly timely and delicious despite the full house and our server Kyle was outstanding. I heard many other servers apologizing for a delay or long wait but, as far as me & my kiddos were concerned, it was just fine. We all enjoyed it and am quite content bringing the leftovers home for another meal.

This place wasn’t bad but I expected a little better service. The steak was pretty ok. The Texas onion was on point. The shrimp was average. The salads were nothing to write home about. The server was less than desirable. No such thing as refills or prebussing tables. It was average at best. Prices are high compared to similar places. If I didn’t have a gift certificate I wouldn’t have chosen this place.
