La nostra pizza è un atto di cultura, che conserva le caratteristiche e i sapori delle tecniche artigianali e dei sapori di una volta. Due impasti: uno realizzato con lievito madre e farine di grani antichi e farro, uno preparato con la tecnica tradizionale della Biga e lievito di birra fresco. Wonderful location with outdoor seating in the Piazza Signori.
Menu is actually a magazine with pages and pages of choices. Waiters were attentive and friendly. Service was prompt and not rushed.

The best pizza we ate on our entire trip through Italy. Fresh, thin crust with a crispy outside and a very soft inside. Impeccable tomato sauce, top-quality cheese, and flawless ingredients. And you know what’s even more surprising? The crust is gluten-free and surpassed all the other traditional pizzas we tried in various cities across the country.

They have an extensive menu filled with delicious food. The portions have good sizes, even for sharing (not the octopus though) – the spinach ravioli photo was just half of it. It’s located in a charming piazza with a Dante Alighieri statue in the middle. Amazing!!!

The bruschetta was lovely. Pizza was solid, nothing groundbreaking, but honestly, it’s hard to mess up a classic Margherita. The truffle pasta, however, was a bit of a letdown. Lacking depth and the luxurious aroma you’d hope for. A decent spot overall, but some dishes clearly shine more than others.

As a tourist, this is a nice restaurant—perfectly located at the square with outdoor tables available. The waiter was helpful, not super friendly, but did his job well. Food was good with plenty of Italian choices. Price was good and didn’t feel overpriced considering the location. Reservation might be needed if you come with a big group or during peak hours.

Beautiful place, Amazing service and Great atmosphere. Everyone was Super Friendly and helpful. They were Super helpful and accommodating with my daughter who has Gluten and dairy allergies. I’d definitely recommend this resteraunt. We had a party of 9 with a baby and don’t speak Italian. Not a problem at all.
