Came in for a late lunch and a drink. The bartender Jenny was very friendly and service was excellent. Had a perfect margarita and the bourbon chicken penne. Would definitely recommend both. I travel quite a bit for work and when I pass through Pueblo I always stop here for food and a drink as time allows. I have found that my service here is always very good and the food and drink is always above expectations.

Atmosphere is very welcoming. We had a server, he was awesome, very kind, although minus 1 star because it took him about 20 mins just to take our orders, and I ordered a oreo shake, and it took 30 mins to come out because the lady who was supposed to make it was “behind” on making drinks. He was definitely trying his best though and the food was very good.

AppleBees is one of my favorite places to have a meal with a drink… Food is always on point and I’m always satisfied. Love the drink specials and happy hour! My favorite is the bourbon chicken and shrimp meal! Soooo good

Our server was so nice. Came from a late college basketball game and when we were done eating, my dear son broke a glass while getting up and was so sorry. Our server didn’t make a face or frown or looked perturbed. She immediately said it’s ok and that she’ll take care of it. Love that. That is what you call customer service. I don’t remember her name, but would like to thank her for her kindness.

Hopped in for a quick lunch, and we were seated quickly, and food came out really quick as well.
Hubby and I shared the new chicken meal and a side salad. We got a side of the oriental chicken salad dressing to dip the sandwich in.

went for dinner got the shrimp Alfredo when my my food came out the noodles were so dry hardly any sauce when I brought it to the waiters attention he rudely said we’ll if you want more its going to be a up charge I said ill pay the the charge to have my food as I usually get it from there the food has really went down hill

Went onto their website, order online for delivery, from the North Elizabeth Street location, and chose their preferred delivery service. Not Door Dash, not Grub Hub, not Uber Eats. But it was picked by Door Dash. So, per the tracking app, the driver picks up our order at 4:45, says he will be here at 4:50-4:55. But, mind you, he does not head straight here, even though we are just 5 minutes directly south of THIS Applebee’s location. He drives straight out to the Pueblo West area, spends 45-50 minutes out there, which doesn’t make any sense since there’s an Applebee’s location on Northern and Pueblo Boulevard. He FINALLY drops off our food at 5:40 Needless to say, our food arrived cold, and bread stick hard as a rock. When I tried to call Door Dash, my call got forwarded to Applebee’s, but the manager would not do anything about it Very poor service! So, we won’t be ordering online from Applebee’s ever again

This review is for Jeremie at the Northside Applebee’s. He did a great job waiting my friends and I, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a couple girl co-workers of his that were giving him a hard time, seemingly trying to make him look bad in front of us, but his service was amazing and I’m very happy with our service. This guy deserves a raise!!!
