The salad was so good and they put cucumbers and croutons in it.The 8oz strip steak was good a thick steak,the baked potato rather dry almost no butter and I asked for sour cream and I think they put a tiny spoon full on it. The bread loaf was hot and tasty. Server was nice. I asked if he’d took my order right away he did was nice to get my food fast.

Today was Valentine’s Day, so the restaurant was very busy, but everything was still handled smoothly. Once we were seated, the service and atmosphere were excellent. Our server, Tori T, truly stood out. She had amazing energy, made my wife and me feel very comfortable, and provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and her knowledge and recommendations were spot on.
The food was delicious, came out at the perfect pace, and was cooked exactly as requested. Overall, it was an incredible experience thanks to the great service, amazing food, and wonderful atmosphere. We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend this place!

Had a nice dinner with my dad on Sunday. We walked in at 5:30 and were seated promptly. Our server didn’t take long to check in with us. He was very friendly and attentive. We both ordered the Renegade Sirloin, and both were cooked to perfection. I added 8 grilled shrimp to my order, which were quite large for the price tag. My sides were the loaded baked potato and broccoli, to which I added their parmesan crust. I’ve done this at other Longhorn locations, and it was great. Unfortunately, this time around, the shredded parm under the cream sauce was still cold, and the broccoli was lukewarm. I should have brought it up at the time, but by then, our server was slammed. The rest of our meal was really good, tho. I will note that on our way out, the two hostesses chatting by the front door didn’t say thank you or anything. Usually, Longhorn employees say something on the way out. All in all, we would probably return as it was a good meal for the price tag.

I stopped by LongHorn Steakhouse in KC for a solo lunch visit. Finding a parking spot was easy, which was a nice start. The staff greeted me promptly and provided friendly service throughout my meal.
I ordered a steak with a side of mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The mashed potatoes were creamy and complemented the steak well, but I felt the portion size could have been a bit more generous.
Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with good service and tasty food. I would definitely return, especially if they consider slightly increasing the side portions.

Ate here 1/16/26. Order came out very fast. My garlic lemon chicken was really good until I moved on to the second piece and saw a hair wrapped completely around it. Manager was super nice, came over very apologetic. Comped my meal, gave me a free dessert, and a coupon for a free app or dessert next time. My husband got the chicken tenders and they were beyond salty.
I thankfully had a giftcard to cover all but $3.00 of my husband’s meal. I gave my debit card and when it was returned to me it was bent in half. As for the atmosphere it was good, besides all the dust on the lamps at the tables.

OMG I had a fantastic meal tonight! A wonderful surprise on a frigid winter evening. I had the salmon, Brussel sprouts and sweet potato and it was truly delicious. Our waitress, Rhonya, was adorable and friendly and so attentive. Well done!
