It was outstanding. From the moment we arrived it felt comfortable with a great taste of class. The waitress was good but I could tell it was a team effort. The “runner ” did not disappoint. Just outstanding everyone… The bathrooms were very well maintained. The food and portions were done without mistakes. The only thing I would suggest is to have an employee go outside every hour to pick up trash (no fault of the business) to tidy up. Bravo. Bravo.

I went during the weekday and it wasn’t busy at all. I got the 6oz steak with alice chicken. Everything was amazing! The bread was nice and warm. The steak was juicy and perfectly medium well! I don’t think I’ve ever had a steak cooked so perfect, but then again I’m in Texas (visiting from Philly for a couple days)! The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. What more can someone want!

Had an onion blossom and it was burnt i mean it tasted like they never changed the cooking oil also the tea was bad not like it tasted bad but like it needed more sugar and tea not so much water. The server was the only good person here too.

Besides the odd smell of dirty standing water, the atmosphere wasn’t bad at all. The music was decent and the lighten was not uncomfortably bright.
Service was very good. She was busy taking care of plenty of customers at and around the bar. I enjoyed watching the comradery of her coworkers as they helped her with her area.
The food was great, with the exception of my steak which I’ll explain below. The meal was delivered fast and with a smile, each time one of them came to the table. It’s very hard to cook a sirloin rare. Mine was a cool rare. Still manageable. I was told their cooks can’t go hot rare, barley seared on the outside and bloody on the inside. Allowing it to stand and get cold, made it cold and dry. The outside was hard, dry, and hard to eat. The middle was what I was able to eat, as my partner prefer the over cooked parts. It is possible but I understand if the chief is not allowed by restaurant’s policies.
Other than that, it was a good experience. I’d give it a 7. The coconut shrimp saved it all.

Went there to redeem gift cards and free appetizer. Glad we went for lunch , dinner prices were very high. Service was good, ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak and 1 side. Server asked if we wanted garlic butter on our steak. She failed to mention it cost $2 extra for a dollup of butter. Also the 6 oz steak was very small. Server took the charge for butter off the bill. Only reason we’ll go back is we still have money on gift card. . Had better food for less money elsewhere.Don’t understand the fascination for this restaurant.

It was on a Sunday.You can do better and we expected better out of outback steakhouse, the staff and the food from the minute we got there till the minute we left Mr. Daniel your restaurant fell tremendously me, and the wife were appalled the way we were treated shame on you for letting your restaurant treat us this way Our experience we expected more. Hopefully you don’t treat all your customers this way a value customer ! and Mr. Daniels you said you were going to refund us some money and you did not you took our money. Shame on you. our meal with a tip was $140 and we couldn’t even enjoy

We made a same-day reservation for 10+ people and our plans ended early, so we arrived much earlier than expected. The staff was phenomenal, we were seated quickly, and our server was a beast.! Our food came out quickly, was hot, and delicious. The owner stopped by our table multiple times to check in and was fantastic! Everyone left stuffed with plenty of leftovers. We will definitely be back!!

The manager was extremely rude towards my disabled autistic 4 year old son , he was awful and had no empathy . He has no people skills . The food was trash the steak was not well done not even the second time the potatoe soap was awful and rice was nasty as well the only good thing was our waiter I feel bad for anyone that works here and I will not comeback or recommend this place ever. Learn to deal with disabled customers we are the reason you have a job .
