This was my first time at Culver’s and it really blew my mind away. I ordered a double with cheese and the taste was so great! Perfectly cooked with just the right amount of lettuce and tomato. The onion rings were crisp and real! Not the fake stuff some others try to pass off as onion rings. After I enjoyed my meal, the receipt showed a way to get a free sample of their ice cream. I’m normally not one for that but I figured why not. I filled out a quick survey, copied the little code on to the receipt and boom, got a free vanilla ice cream. It was so worth the short time to complete that survey. If you have never been, check them out. Oh, forgot to mention, my friend ordered cheese curds. Something they are known for. I asked him for a few to try and let me tell you something…..WOW! My taste buds went on a Rollercoaster of intense depth and flavor from something so small.

I got a single patty burger and when I bit into it it was a little pink, didn’t think it looked too bad so I opened up the patty to check and it was completely raw, my boyfriend got a double patty and they were both raw too. Got 19$ back on a 34$ order, the sides were fine and we got drinks but spent 15$ on fries and drinks lol.

Nice staff and happy to help. Although I opened my double Swiss & mushroom butter burger to approx 0.3 of a single mushroom (2-3 scrawny slices). They happily added more… too many more probably but I was happy to scran them all down. I’d have given a 5* but for this and also the rather weird atmosphere.

Went to sit down and enjoy my lunch, and noticed a woman with explicit profanity written on her shirt. She had two small children with her.
When I asked the manager if this was acceptable In Culver’s dining rooms, she said , oh, yeah, we are aware, and totally fine, and agree.

Rarely do I have an experience that would determine my decision to return to a chain restaurant but I have had continuous bad experiences with Culver’s. Most recently was today when I ordered a Concrete for curbside delivery. I arrived and notified the app 1 minute prior to the allocated ready time. 15 minutes later, we decided to alert the window that we arrived incase they have a lot of orders coming in and they didn’t see ours. We get to the window and greeted with a rude tone “didn’t you order for curbside pick up” I responded by saying i was unaware if I miss chose and selected carryout. Her response afterward was even more confusing, “yeah I remember your order, I made it. You chose curbside. It isn’t done yet. Go wait in the parking spot and it will be brought out to you when it’s done”. 30 minutes later I decided to walk in and cancel my order. The manager then proceeded to make an excuse saying orders can sometimes go unseen for curbside delivery and I corrected him by saying I came in to confirm the order incase that was the issue. Stumbling to come up with a response, I realized the communication was little to none. Very disappointed and will not be returning to any Culver’s in the near future. Would recommend saving your money.

This locations sucks. (I had written a review a while back, but somehow it vanished….). Short version of that review: walked in, the place smelled like rotting cow flesh. I ordered a hamburger with lettuce, onion, and mayo. Tell me why it took 5 tries plus me WRITING it down for them to get it right? In keeping with their blatant inability to get orders right, my next try was through the app, via the drive through. After waiting ages for my order, they tried to leave off my drink (umm, I ordered a combo…). Against my better judgement, I went one more time last night, because my daughter and her friend were itching for concretes. We ordered: vanilla, with cheesecake bits, and a chocolate with brownie and cookie dough…the receipt reflected this. What we got: chocolate with cheesecake bits and vanilla with brownie and cookie dough…. prior to their first bites, I (half) jokingly said “this location is the worst…I have yet to receive my order correctly the first time from them…” Guess I jinxed myself….(Any other location, haven’t had a problem)…

Pathetic service. The workers 6 of them standing around talking to each or cleaning counters not mindful of the long line of customers waiting to order. Not even a thank you after paying. I tried to use their How Did We Do? Internal review web site and that was an equally pathetic experience. The receipt code would not validate. Tip: don’t provide a leading 0 or O if you don’t want us to use it or remove it programmatically.
Very poor leadership at this Culvers that does not train and coach their staff. The food was not very good at this Culvers and is a disgrace to the chain.

Came to Culver’s for the first time while visiting Florida, it was fantastic ! Staff were so kind and helpful, service was quick, food was delicious. A great fast food place to grab a quick bite. Their concrete mixers are great too. Overall really like this place, would recommend to anyone!

The restaurant is clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and looking dapper in their uniforms, the presentation of the food when it’s brought out is nice, wasn’t a long wait. And from the other reviews, it seems like their is a disparity on how some others’ visits have been. But I digress come here and enjoy the food and great staff.

Been to this location 100’s of times in the past but they have let it go I will not be back. Twice in one week I’ve had my order messed up 3 days ago I went in for an order of 2 double butter burgers I then specified that I want nothing but meat cheese and pickles. I wait for my order pick it up and leave get to work and what do I know my order has mayo all over it. I never asked for it but there it is. I wipe it off and eat my burgers. Today I go in and ask for 2 sourdough melts with nothing on them just plain meat and cheese no onion I got to work and what’s the first thing I see the second I unwrap the burger grilled onion caked into the cheese making it so that I can’t take them off without destroying the burger. I will not be back to this location until the staff and management team learn to follow the orders that they take.
