Had dinner with my daughter at the Spaghetti Factory on Watt Ave and it was fantastic! We had a reservation and got a great table, but what really made the night special was our server, Maddie — she was thoughtful, attentive, and just all-around amazing. Thanks for making it such a fun, easy night to catch up and enjoy food and even better service!

I haven’t been there in years. And it was the first time at the one on Watt Ave. The food is the same, and just as good as i remember it. The service was great. We had Alex as our server, and he was busy, but he was on task with everything we asked. I might have thought he was slow at bringing the things we asked, but he had a lot of tables to cover. And he was very nice. I will come back soon.

We order this to go maybe once a week and they literally forget at least 1 item each time.
And i mean litterally in the correct tense.
We order to go and i pick it up.
Today i noticed that they were missing a salad and caught it while i was still there. But sure enough, they forget the meatball that we ordered and paid for.
The problem is that it’s just far enough away to not make a trip back and get the missing items.
This has happened at least 9 of the last 10 times that we ordered togo.
So moral of the story. Check your orders before you leave.
And sf, do better!

We went here to celebrate someone.
The food was really good. Service was very nice and the amount of food has gotten larger. The price has increased like everywhere else, but they make up for it by increasing the food. The quality is great too.
We had a variety. I had the sausage pasta. My guests had shrimp Alfredo and chicken cabanera respectively. All great

For my first time at this restaurant I was told to expect great things! The results? There are plenty of great things to eat here! However… get the wrong server and it could take 30 minutes to get a drink, and your appetizer could come out AFTER the entree. Overall, none in the party were dissatisfied with the food or the atmosphere, but the waitstaff left much to be desired.

I’m only giving 4 stars because they ran put of the soup they offered when I was ordering.. also was surprised that it was a smaller portion size, but I’m guessing that’s because the meals come with the warm bread & soup or salad! All together yummy & a great experience.

Of the few Old Spaghetti Factories I’ve been to, this one had a little more subdued atmosphere i think due to the small, sectional rooms. Not a bad thing necessarily, just noted. Pretty decent otherwise.

Food was honestly better than I remembered. Also, compared to how expensive everything is now days, it wasn’t too bad. Around $20 for a 3 course meal and I was stuffed. Clam with white sauce was phenomenal

Super yummy food and drinks. Service was good but a little slow and it seemed the waiters were all sharing tables so you didnt get a chance to build rapport.
