This place is always packed. No matter what time of day you go you’ve got the whole parking lot and sometimes from the parking lot into the service road that is full of cars. So sometimes it’s hard to be able to park in the parking lot or even get into it because the drive-thru is always so busy. If you’re going to dinner time dinner time is always extremely packed. When I went in because it was taking a while for my curbside and they had over 20 people waiting for orders and the person that I was talking to said they had been there for almost an hour waiting for a doordash. The food is always hot 85% of the time but it is always packed. My order is usually right but sometimes they do forget condiments.

This was hands down the worst fast food experience of my entire life. I don’t even know where to start — this McDonald’s should not be open.
I found ROACHES. ON. MY. BURGER. I wish I was joking. Actual bugs crawling around in the wrapper. I nearly threw up right there. That’s not just gross — that’s dangerous and straight-up illegal.
The fries were somehow both ice cold and still felt raw. Like they were half-cooked and sat out for hours. The whole place smelled weird and looked filthy — sticky floors, overflowing trash cans, and flies buzzing around. I genuinely felt unsafe being there.
I ordered a McFlurry and had the receipt in my hand, but when I asked for it, the staff refused to give it to me. When I calmly showed the receipt again, they told me to leave, laughed at me, and said they were calling the cops — for asking for something I already paid for!
And as if it couldn’t get worse, the Sprite I ordered was just tap water. When I pointed it out, they told me to “go fix it yourself” while laughing in the back.
This place is a disgrace. Dirty, rude, possibly dangerous, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or basic health standards. I’m reporting this to corporate AND the health department.

I previously left a review with photos, but I deleted it while trying to edit and unfortunately lost the pictures I took. The photos would’ve really shown what I’m describing here.
I love this location and the playhouse is great. Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. They consistently struggle to get my order right. Something as simple as adding onions turned into a 10-minute ordeal. They added a ton of onions to one burger and maybe ten to another, and even after three attempts, the burgers were never correct.
It’s frustrating because this is otherwise a great location, but they really need to slow down and listen to the customer. Attention to detail would make a big difference

Upone walking into the establishment, we (my 6yr old granddaughter and I- I do not eat McDonalds) smelled anfoul order like wet dogs had lodged there for a day, it stinked! My granddaughter asked what was that smell she covered her nose using my sweatshirt. We waited at the cash register and no one greeted us to take my order, I had to ask who was taking orders (I was professional). Then a young girl walked up and took our order, a cheesburger no pickles. We didnt have to wait long, however, once I buckled my gb into her car seat and opend her food, I noticed the cheese was not melted and there were only about 6 fries! NEVER will I go back there, it was my first time there and I stopped there because I was en route to the other side of town and due to time constraints it was right off highway I-30 so I stopped there. The stinch smell is BAD! Smells like wet dogs and that stinks! I give a 2 star just because the young people working there seemed to be doing there best but because of the smell and food, I would not give any stars! Sorry macadeez.

So my spouse and I go there two weeks ago and lil Hispanic dude at the windows was dry and kind of rude. My wife asked “What’s wrong man, you don’t want to be here?” Bro answered NO, I don’t and slammed the window lmao… I think he was the manager and he started going off. We pulled to the next window received fresh food like always and left. If you don’t like your job or what you do, do something different. It’s okay to start over, I’ve done it a few times until I found what I love.

I ordered through the app and received my food in about 25 minutes, which was great. Unfortunately, one sandwich was missing, and the other contained extremely dry steak that appeared old. For a 7:45 a.m. order, this was unexpected and disappointing. Then you over charge me for the order. I also couldn’t reach anyone regarding my order or a refund. Fast delivery doesn’t make up for poor quality and lack of customer support.

The worst McDonald’s in garland. They don’t stick to your order so be cautious of the drive thru otherwise you’ll make it home before finding out they put a mcdouble in a big Mac box. This is a “you get what you get” McDonald’s and the managers don’t even try to make anything right. The workers know this but even putting fries in a bag is too much trouble for them. Just another fast food spot that doesn’t think the job is worth doing right

The lady tonight working the drive thru window was a joke, sat by the window for seven minutes Didn’t have anyone ask me what my order was or anything like that I simply ordered a sandwich and added cheese on it they put the stickers on there that said added cheese, and there was no cheese on it. The lady at the window argued with me stating that the sticker said there was cheese on it, but there was no cheese on the sandwich and then proceeded to just add cheese on my sandwiches that were already made like 10 minutes ago cause I had to drive back to the Restaurant and didn’t make them fresh

Overrated food unfortunately. Quality of food and service went out the door long time ago. Can never get food in the drive-thru without having to pull forward and wait. Rare for it to all be fresh or at least all warm. The service is better than most I will say that
