The gentleman who was assisting with the dining room orders (young man with locs) offered amazing customer service and was really trying to help with the overall experience, but this location was not very clean and the wait was a bit. The food was okay. The other gentleman working the register was not professional and was eating while taking our order. He seemed way too comfortable (didn’t follow cleanliness protocols or offer professional interactions with multiple customers) at work. This location is crazy busy and there could be some improvement for sure.

Arrived at the drive thru around 10:00 pm. There were no cars in line. I placed my order, a Dave’s Double minus tomatoes, a Classic Chicken sandwich with cheese, minus tomatoes and large fries, no salt for my husband and I to share. Upon stating that I didn’t want salt, the person who took my order chuckled. When I got to the window, he did not acknowledge me at all, as he was in conversation with another employee that had nothing to do with the task at hand, my order. He reached for me card and I thanked him when receiving it back and again when he handed me my food. Again, no “you’re welcome” or acknowledgement of any kind. As I drive off, I reached in the bag for a few fries. The fries that I requested as no salt were EXTRA salty. I suppose that was the chuckle I heard upon my request. When I arrived home and got ready to eat my chicken sandwich, not only was it the driest and hardest chicken sandwich I had ever eaten, it barely had any lettuce or mayo and the cheese that I requested and paid for was not on it. $17 dollars down the drain…for bad food and a bad attitude. Suffice it to say, I will never again spend my money here.

I ordered my food at 3:30 got it around 4:18. It was only 5 people ahead of me and It took the manager to get and get people their orders. I was so ready to leave I didn’t check my order.

This Wendy’s is The of the last of the bunch. I mean it’s never any good. Don’t go here. We just visited the drive thru around 10 pm Sunday night. DUDE TAKING THE ORDER DID NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING MY WIFE ASKED FOR. The fries that were supposed to be unsalted were EXTRA SALTY. ITS 2026. IM DONE.

One order at a time at the drive thru then you should have your lobby open so the passengers can walk in. Also I got a chicken croissant sandwich. It now comes with bacon and sausage but no chicken.

1st trip: I tried to go in just after 11 a.m. on a Friday but the doors were locked. Apparently, only the drive-thru is open. I don’t want to eat in my car when there are tables inside.
2nd trip (figured I’d give them another chance). I was looking for cheap & quick, I got that plus a reminder why I normally avoid fast-food places.
Staff was robotic, no smiles, no hello, no thank you. They were present, period.
Food came quickly enough and the order was correct but bagged to go despite my saying I was eating in. Wasteful.
There are two pump dispensers for ketchup but nothing to pump it into. Once I created a solution it was obvious the ketchup was watered down. I guess that’s one way to cut costs.
The music was too loud so folks had to talk over it and I got to hear all the conversations.
The bathroom was clean but the floor was sticky.
I know it’s fast food and the bar is low but try not to trip on it, eh?

This Wendy’s gets pretty busy but for as long as you wait in line the least they could do is have your food ready when you get to the window. You wait in line for about 10-15 minutes, sometimes 20, then you wait at the window for another 5-10 minutes and they still mess up your order. Also do not buy salad from this Wendy’s. Employees don’t seem to care about the quality of their food. I ordered a Caesar salad and the lettuce looked like collard greens. It was soggy, flimsy, and some pieces were brown. Complete waste of money but probably saved myself from a case of salmonella by throwing it out! ♀️

In one word: Terrible!
Whoever the Young Man was taking orders in the drive thru, was rude and mean-spirited. Should not be serving people’s food. I also got very sick after eating a burger yesterday I had horrible stomach pain and diarrhea after I ate from there. If the person taking your order is evil, just drive off! It’s not worth the risk.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a biggie bag, the spicy chicken sandwich was half RAW!! My bacon double stack came with no bacon, remade it and it still had no bacon. I hope I don’t get sick from eating some of that sandwich. I am so upset & will be in contact with corporate. Terrible experience!
