Overall we had a really good experience at Chili’s. The service was great—fast, attentive, and our server made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
We started with the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and they were really good with nice cheese pulls and great flavor.
For my entrée I ordered the Big Smasher Burger and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked really well. Definitely something I would order again. My wife ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. The flavor was good, but unfortunately it was mostly cheese and bacon with very little chicken inside.
Aside from that small issue, everything else was great and the service really stood out. We’d definitely come back again.

First time trying this chain Chili’s. Thought it was Mexican food but has a mix of fast food with Mexican fajitas. Menu was alright ordered a platter of appetizers and fajitas. Enough food for 3-4 people although I ordered only for 2. Food was decent but wasnt exactly say excellent. Server was nice although disappeared a lot after asking for things. I disliked I was charged for playing a game at the kiosk on the table. Server said it sometimes happen and removed the amount. I asked to pay in cash and server disappeared and never showed up so I paid on credit which I didn’t want to do. Wish it was better. Was alright but don’t think I will come back.

We came in yesterday night and were seated immediately which was great because the past two weekends we’ve came it was packed. These two Hosts were new seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing but our server Aliscia was nothing short of amazing!!! She was so sweet, fast, and knew the menu like the back of her hand. Her customer service was top tier. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had here in a long time. She made sure our cups stayed full with out us even having to ask. She even walked us through the cash out process and helped us make sure we were logged into our membership to get our free chips and salsa. Will be coming back more often just to see her beautiful face and for the famous triple dippers of course (:

I am not usually a big fan of chain restaurants- growing up with a father who owned a string of independent restaurants I always chose the small businesses over the chains, never the less we needed a place to eat dinner we had just finished shopping at Great Lakes mall and they were a close by option! The food was amazing! The service was even better from the manger to the waitress? Our table was be always being pre bussed, food came out hot and quickly, the burgers were great ! The floors were clean and the bathrooms were spotless! I was very happy with our experience. We will be back when we are in the area!

Our visit here was awesome!! Came here with my partner and bestie and we had a great time. We got the tripple dipper and a burger with fries; all the food was delicious. Our waitress, Anna :), was amazing. She was super funny and sweet, had an amazing vibe and made sure we had everything we needed. Will def be coming back to this location.

This place has picked up their step with regards to service and food. The hostess/host staff is cheery, our waitress was outstanding and bartender Erica was terrific. Also thank you for finding my keys. Bless you all. Was with daughter and grandkids. Chips and salsa by the way are the best.

We had dinner at your establishment tonight. There were seven of us at our table and I have to say the service that we received from Edward was above and beyond!!! he got everybody’s order right and was very attentive to my grandchildren actually the whole table you are lucky to have this young man working for you. He was better than waiters that we have had at much more expensive restaurants good job, young man we appreciate you making our dinner such an enjoyable experience tonight.

Came here with a large group recently, the service was great and they were very accommodating. The general manager came and spoke with us and he was very nice.
The food was pretty good and did a decent job at getting the correct food to the right person, but we didn’t expect them to be perfect.
The food came out timely given the size of our group. Everything we had was good and everyone I asked said they’re food was good.
Chilli’s isn’t fancy by any means but it’s decent food at a good price and this location in particular has great service.
Highly recommend this location.
