TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

First time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken! The food wasn’t bad, the chicken was pretty juicy. Medium wasn’t that spicy but the food was definitely made fresh! The fried were super hot and crispy when they came out, as well as the chicken. Overall, the food was pretty good.

This was our very first time ever eating Dave’s Hot Chicken and for our first experience it was so perfect! We got lucky and got a chance to snag THE FALLOUT meal! We have been going to so many locations for it and it was SOLD OUT! The staff was so nice to us and we can’t wait to come back again. We got the meal to go but saw how clean and cool this location was so we decided to stay in and eat! Our food was DELICIOUS and I would recommend to come here! We for sure will come again!

This fast, casual hit specializes in Nashville -style chicken that’s halal-certified, crispy, juicy and tender, with different levels of spice. If you love spice, there’s a flavor so hot that you have to sign a waiver. But, don’t worry if you can’t handle the spice, they have 7 levels of spice to choose from. So juicy with an insane taste! Seasoned to perfection!
Dave’s Hot Chicken Sauce brings that sweet, tangy, and a little bit of spice, which is so tasty and perfect with the sliders or to dunk the chicken tenders and fries in. Drizzle some honey for some extra sweetness. If you love pickles like I do, you’ll love these!
Their customer service was attentive, helpful and friendly. Kudos to Christina, Angelina, Jazmin and especially, Barbara.

The cashier was very friendly and food came out fast. Food was really good too. There was stuff my toddler can eat too (Mac n cheese and fries).
Dining area and bathrooms were clean. Would recommend this place to anyone and would dine when in the area.
Also, my daughter got the reaper chicken sandwich and it is very spicy. She likes spicy food and was sweating while eating it. But she said it was good.
